ツアーで行ったオークニー旅行の途中、この宿に夜８時に到着。ツアーのミニバスが玄関に着くと同時に建物の中から出迎えの声が聞こえ、笑顔の美しいオーナーが私のファーストネームを呼びながら話しかけてきてくれました。４泊５日の最後の宿でしたので、わりと疲れがたまっていたのですが、彼女のおもてなしの気持ちが伝わってきて、夫も私も元気になりました。朝食もおいしく、夫がいただいたコンチネンタルの朝食には大きなメロンの上に旬のサマー・ベリーズが３種類ものっかってました（ラズベリー、ブラックベリー、いちご、ブルーべリー）。ひとつだけ残念だったのは、バスルーム付という表示を見てダブルの部屋を予約したのですが、割り当てられた部屋の中にバスルームがなく、部屋を出たすぐのところ（階段の踊り場）にある私たち専用のバスルームを使わないといけませんでした。使うたびに服を着て部屋を出るのが面倒だったので、予約サイトでの明示が必要かと思います。こうした不自由はありましたが、次にUllapoolに泊まる機会にも泊まりたいと思う宿です。

Excellent and comfortable, a very welcoming host

The property was lovely. My wife particularly enjoyed the clawfoot bath. Breakfast was excellent and Kathleen was a great host, so friendly and full of useful information and recommendations

ullapool is a lovely town to stop over in. creagans guest house is a treasure there. karhleen is a very warm and welcoming host. the room had everything we needed, a big bath and bigger bed. the guest lounge was very cosy too. breakfast was great and kept us going all day. easy parking outside and a really great stop on our journey.

Perfekte Lage im Fischerdorf, sehr ruhig, herziges Cottage House! Sehr autentischer Brunch, warmes Cheminézimmer, sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre!

An absolutely wonderful stay. Couldn’t fault anything. It was comfortable, clean , homely and the host was welcoming and friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

A lovely guest house, with a very pleasant and accommodating owner. Our room, although fairly small, was clean and comfortable. We were given access to a lovely sitting room and, as we were the only guests staying at the time, we really appreciated that we could just put our pj's on and relax in front of a roaring log burner. To add to the experience, we were told to help ourselves to some lovely single malt whiskey, which was a lovely touch. Only one of us drinks alcohol and I really enjoyed the 'wee dram'. Breakfast was excellent, complete with home-made jams and marmalade. We opted for a lighter breakfast of eggs, from the owners chickens which were lovely. After days travelling and indulging in the full Scottish breakfast, a simple breakfast was a real treat. We would highly recommend the guest house. Thank you.

Kathleen the host was great. The rooms were comfy and the breakfast was also great.

We had a lovely stay at Kathleen’s house. The room and property are very well appointed and she was a great host, providing us with recommendations for dinner and cooking us a delicious breakfast. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Ullapool!

The owner met us at the door and showed us our room and helped us pick out a place to eat and cook an excellent breakfast and was very hospitable.

No shower everything else was amazing. Breakfast was good

lovely welcome, super room and ever so comfy bed. One night stay on our way back from Harris & Lewis. Breakfast was delicious. Easy parking right outside the property and only a short walk to local eateries/shops etc. Very convenient for ferry.

A lovely guest house and Kathleen is a great host and cooks a tasty breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Cosy lounge to relax in. The house is in easy walking disstance to the town, shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

The owner is very friendly, knowledgable about local eating options and provides a lovely breakfast.

We really enjoyed meeting & staying with Kathleen! The room was beautiful & very comfortable, luxurious, even. We spent some time in the charming sitting room that evening. Breakfast was delicious & she gave us good suggestions for traveling the next day. We would live to stay there again!

Lovely host. Clean and comfortable room. Ideal for those looking to stop overnight to catch the Ferry to Stornaway. Ideally placed for local restaurants as well. Couldn’t ask for more. Would return. Recommended highly. 10 out of 10 🌟
