Great & lovely stay

Ett gammalt hotell som borde se över sin el och inredning. Men förhållandevis rent ändå. Personalen var jättetrevlig och hjälpsam. Bra middag och bra frukost.

The room was very small . At the price we were expecting more.

Et ok å stoppe på veien. Rent rom. Hyggelig innsjekk. Maten, både frokost og middag var gjennomsnittlig.

The hotel was ok for an old hotel probably in need of some decoration and updating but fairly comfortable. Definitely not the worst hotel i have stayed by any means however not the cheapest either priced a bit high for the room i had.

Overall good but needed ventilation in the room due to heat wave. Shower really needs an upgrade. Otherwise had a pleasant stay

Nice hotel for a one night stay. Small rooms in need of refurbishing. Restaurant was excellent. Good location.

Hotel a bit dated. Bed comfortable, Room basic, view of beer kegs for window. Overpriced should be £80 per night max.

Comfortable room and great views. The area smells like heaven. The only downside was the elevator was out and we had 4 flights of stairs.

Probably the nicest/poshest/bestvalue hotel we have stayed at on the Route. Amazing hotel for the price. Totally recommended.

Location very good. Little old fashioned, bath w/o handles is dangerous for older people. Restaurant big, lacks cosiness.

I felt that we should have been informed that the lift wasn’t working . I understood that it was a long standing problem and since our room was up 54 stairs and I have a knee held together by a steel implant I have now returned home needing physio . My husband is a little older than me at 82

fantastic views over gairloch bay, convenient stopover and warm welcoming atmosphere. very comfortable bed but quality of pillows needs to be improved. ensuite was functional although small which dated the room accommodation generally. would stay again if only for another chance to take in those impressive views.

Klassiek Brits hotel met onthaal door een zeer vriendelijke doedelzakspeler!!! Geweldig en indrukwekkend. Diner en ontbijt waren uitstekend.

My Wife and I stopped at the hotel as part of our Scotland 500 drive. The hotel is in a perfect location with an impressive view across the water. Great parking, staff, food and drink.

This would have been a grand hotel in its day, and it’s still a great place to stay, right across from the beach. The room had lots of space, a huge bathroom, and a comfortable single bed. The lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are all nice and welcoming, unlike many modern hotels that don’t seem to be set up for you to linger. Supper was very enjoyable, and the breakfast buffet had all of the usual hot and cold options. Staff were very friendly in the bar and restaurant. I would definitely go back.
