I had an amazing stay at Hame Hotel on the Isle of Skye. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and well organized, making our stay very easy. The location is stunning and very central for exploring the island. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They have a great common area with an honesty bar that is well stocked. The food was a highlight - we had all of our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel, and every meal was delicious with a great view of the mountains! I will most definitely choose to stay here for my future trips on Isle of Skye

Local tranquilo em frente a um lago! Quarto com bom espaço, cama de casal confortável, dois bons armários e uma mesinha com abajur e cafeteira ! Um banheiro espaçoso e agradável com bom chuveiro! No café da manhã é disponibilizado um cardápio com algumas opções de prato principal, café com leite, suco e iogurte. Tem também uma torradeira com pães de forma e geleias a disposição. O atendimento foi excelente! Nada a reclamar!

Incredible property in Skye!!!! Can’t say enough about this wonderful property. Pictures don’t do it justice. It feels warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The rooms are so cozy. There is an outdoor patio with a magnificent view. There is also a lovely lounge area inside with an honor bar (brilliant idea!). We met one of the owners who is also the chef. He and his partner have poured so much love into this place. Brooke who multitasks in many positions assisting the owners to run the property was amazing! She welcomed us to the property at check in, served all the meals at breakfast, maintained the rooms and still had time to chat with us giving us recommendations for things to do/restaurants all with a smile on her face. We saw information in the lounge on the Skye Textile Mill and decided to try it. What an incredible experience. So happy to see the Hame supports local artisans. Our experience at the Hame far exceeded our expectations. A+++

Hame Hotel is in Dunvegan, so it's a bit out of the way from Portree (where most people stay). That turned out to be a blessing - our area was quiet, free from traffic, and still convenient to many sights like the Fairy Pools, Talisker Distillery, Dunvegan Castle, and the Three Chimneys restaurant. By contrast, Portree was a nonstop traffic jam, even in September. Our room was comfortable, and breakfast was filling and tasty. We didn't have dinner at the hotel because we failed to make a reservation - keep that in mind if you want to get dinner here, Skye has a lot more tourists than locals, which means things can fill up quickly.

The welcome was warm, the room was spacious, the common area was lovely, the on your honor bar was an unexpected & nice feature. The bathroom was a little tired, the breakfast was good & staff friendly.

calme, propre, personnel accueillant, chambre OK, salle bain bien baignoire et douche. Attention Lundi soir ne font pas de dîner ( à réserver à l’extérieur).

Lite hotell med god plassering. Vertskapet legger til rette for et godt opphold. Svært god mat! Trivelig stue hvor man kan slappe av om kvelden.

This is small hotel in the countryside and is absolutely lovely. The staff could not be more friendly and accommodating.

Style neoretro, bohème, Tres reculé, beau cadre, personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner ok, manque de choix à mon goût mais bon. Petit bémol sur l’eau chaude et le chauffage qui se coupe après 22h00 (plus qu’utile quand on passe la journée dans le froid et le vent) propreté moyenne.

We loved this hotel. It was in a quiet area, easy to find, and while their resturaunt was closed the night we arrived, staff provided great recomendations nearby. The hotel is comvenient for Dunvegan castle and fairy pools. We had a car situation and had to wait for service to come tow us and staff were incredibly flexible and allows us to stay slightly passed checkout. The hotel is comfortable, and has amazing kind and helpful staff. I especially liked the cows living next door, they werent highlands, but fun to watch graze around. We were very happy with our stay and loved the space.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The decor is lovely and updated and the bed was very comfortable. the on site restaurant is very convenient and the breakfast was top notch!

Really nice place to stay with thoughtful touches such as lovely smell of jasmine when you walk in. Stylish and cosy and breakfast was amazing. Quite remote but worth the drive. Hope to return!

Quaint Hotel, really delicious breakfast, cozy and quiet

We only stayed one night (booked 2 nights on the other side of Skye). We should have done it the other way around. Beautiful natural area with great things to see. Owners are super nice and helpful and the hotel was quite nice (especially for the price!!!). We would definitely stay here again.
