The staff were friendly and helpful room was clean the breakfast was super nice the atmosphere of hotel was very quiet and relaxed good place to stay.

Equipe de atendimento e limpeza do hotel e quarto são péssimos. Não houve limpeza adequada do quarto, faltou reposição de produtos de higiene pessoal e toalha. Uma demora absurda para resolver qualquer problema. Pelo fato de ser um hotel pet friendly, os cachorros urinam por todos os lugares do hotel deixando muita sujeira e cheiro insuportável. Fora o incômodo que tive no checkout quando o hotel alegou que eu não tinha pago a minha estadia sendo que eu já havia pago no hotéis.com. Foi chato demais isso.

Great location. Nice and quiet whilst we were there. It was novel looking out over a racecourse. Two minor issues: eating area set aside for fish owners could do with some higher tables; the muesli I had for both breakfasts contained more cornflakes than muesli ☹️

Our room was spacious and spotless. The staff were friendly. Plenty of choice at the breakfast bar. The hotel was also dog-friendly with a biscuit jar for them at the bar.

Room was clean. Staff were professional. Excellent breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of restaurants close by too. Eataliano was excellent. Only let down we found was the bed wasn’t as comfortable as it could’ve been.

Reception staff late at night was very pleasant and informative, a fantastic representative of the hotel and for the rest of our stay. Room was lovely; clean and fresh. Breakfast was as expected from a Hampton by Hilton. No criticisms. Would recommend.

I booked our trip in October for Christmas. Rang 1pm on Christmas Day (as we arrived with family) to say they had no disabled room for us. We had to accept twin room as no other hotel near by had any disabled rooms. My severely disabled daughter (who has a progressive brain disease could not get in bathroom in her wheelchair so I could not shower her. Her hoist did not fit on the room either so had to try and lift her each time. They said they would reimburse the cost of the stay and then changed to say we could have one night free the next time we visit. So upset our Christmas Day was wasted not knowing where we were going to stay. Ridiculous set up as they said they don’t know how many rooms are taken until the morning. The fact that I booked in October and all the other disabled rooms were still free they said didn’t come into it. As I booked through a 3rd party I was first to be messed around. The chef was also very unfriendly when I asked for gluten free items. This hotel we have stayed in many times and never had any major problems before. Definitely disappointed this time.

The bedroom and shower room, very spacious and spotless. Lovely bed linen and fluffy towels. Coffee and tea sachets available. Staff were efficient and friendly, with nothing too much trouble for them. Food was basic but very nice selection.
