チェックインするには電話で到着を告げる必要があり、その後車がある場合は誘導して駐車場に入れてもらいます。 宿のすぐ近くに公衆電話があったのでそこから電話しました。 それをクリアできたら立地も良いし部屋も広くてきれいでとても良かった。 シャワーのお湯が出なくなる事件もあったけど、まあどこでもありえることだと思います。 言葉に問題ない方におすすめ。

Great stay! We booked the River Balcony apartment and loved the expansive balcony. Check-in and access were easy. The place is spotless and modern, and the welcome basket was a thoughtful touch after a long drive. There’s no air-conditioning, but opening the windows kept it comfortable and we didn’t have any noise issues. The building has an elevator; the unit includes a washer (no dryer). We also paid for on-site parking, which was very convenient. Overall, excellent value,we’d happily return.

The location is fantastic! Centrally located in the city center and we had a beautiful view of the river and shops from our balcony. Very spacious unit with added comforts of tea and milk awaiting our arrival. The bed was a bit soft for our liking but the place was really top notch. Good place to use as a hub for day trips to almost anywhere.

Excellent stay and lovely staff who kindly assisted us with an unrelated travel issue.

This was a gorgeous apartment. Everything was so convenient. Things were nearby and the view was amazing from the room. Also, it was great that they gave us complementary items for breakfast. Thank you for a lovely time.

Beautiful apartment with an awesome view

Good location. Advertising shows the Colombia Hotel ACROSS the river but makes it seem like it’s the unit you are purchasing. A bit deceptive.

Excellent location and facilities; however, it is unfortunate that there is no TV in the room and no air conditioning, which forced me to sleep with the doors and windows open.

To begin with the address, you give address as Union st then it’s got also another name with a different number then you didn’t send a code to get inside the apt until I contacted you and I arrived on a Saturday evening there was no one to communicate with and took a long time in the lobby waiting for someone to get back to me to get the code with the luggage, terrible experiance

Wonderful rental. In a great location to easily walk the city and only a few minute walk from the train station. Apartment is very spacious and is a nice upgrade option from a single hotel room. Well equipped to eat in and washer/dryer a definite advantage if you pack lightly as we did. Good communication with management. Overall we had a excellent stay!

The apartment was clean, secure, well furnished, and the views were second to none. We really enjoyed having a home to come back to in the evenings, and the location made it easy to visit the Victorian Market, Leakey's Book Store, etc. We'd love to return someday!

The manager and staff but our apartment had alot of little things wrong with it. Washer and dryer didnt work, porch door wouldnt lock, bathtu wasnt easy to get in and out of

It was handy to have an apartment stay during our trip. The property has a washer/dryer combo but it was challenging to use. We were delighted to find a large drying rack there! The door to our balcony had a broken lock, but as soon as we realized that and reported it, it was fixed that same day. The location is amazingly convenient to everything a tourist might want in Inverness!

The location was perfect but there were some issues. When we arrived the door to the balcony wouldn’t close (barely opened). The bathroom had a tap that wouldn’t shut off so it dripped all night. They did send maintenance right away and fixed the door. They returned the last day to put in a new tap when we were out. We used the washing machine and the entire floor molding fell off in the kitchen (loud bang). My husband was able to put it back on. The apartment was in need of updating. There is no reception but they were quick to answer and help us with the problems.

We recently spent 6 nights at Highland Apartments by Mansley and loved everything about staying here. The apartment was very clean and spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed was on the firm side but comfortable, and the washer/dryer was much needed for a 3 week trip to Scotland. There was a great fan in the bedroom which kept it very comfortable, along with being able to open the bedroom window and balcony door. There is noise at night from the restaurant/pub below (which is no fault of the hotel), but between being so tired at the end of the day and the hum of the bedroom fan as background noise, it did not bother us as much. There is no front desk on property, but communication was great regarding check in, and there is always someone available in the chat function within the app. We did not find the parking garage as difficult to find as others have, and although it’s small with tight corners, this is not much different than any other parking garage we have used during past trips in the UK/Europe. The location is perfect to walk anywhere, as well as a Tesco being a very short walk across the bridge. We loved Inverness, and if we are fortunate enough to return, we would not stay anywhere else but Highland Apartments by Mansley.

Very convenient, may tourist area, security access very good, close to bars/restarurants and grocery stores. Easy to find, quality of accommodation very good, clean and welcome baskets hit the stop.
