駅が近くアクセスが良かったです。部屋もよく、朝食もおいしかったです。不満を挙げるとすれば、トイレットペーパーのホルダーが壊れているのか少し強く引っ張ると外れてしまいます。

よく掃除されており清潔。

Booked through Hotels.com and chose pay at hotel. Hotel decided to charge my card BEFORE I got there, not tell me, and charge me again. Poor hygiene: dust from AC on bed and huge dark stains on towels went unnoticed. Majority of rooms have connecting doors but this is not mentioned or made clear in photos or in description. This can be a threat to your safety like it was to mine when two people barged into my room!! Rang down to reception and had no sympathy at all, and when i rang down a second time had the phone put down. This false advertising is both dangerous and illegal but when I have approached Hotels.com, Holiday Inn's customer service and the hotel about updating this I have been told I have had a refund. I have had to go to Holiday Inn's parent company IHG to ask for a change to be made and will be taking this to the ombudsman. It was also like pulling teeth to get a refund. At first I wasnt offered a refund, then the equivalent of one free night in points (when I stayed for two!), then 50% and then full when I called the hotel back. I was told the reason I wasn't offered a refund in the first place was because I had a positive experience....

We where checked in to room for disabled people with small bed not big enough for two people and no furniture to sit in

The room temperature is fixed in reception desk at a low temperature. Is inaccepable that the client does not have the option to decide when and what temperature desires in his own room. Breakfast is always the same american stile... boring. Very few options on TV.

The team here did a great job. We had a incredible stay and it’s went in walking distance of everything downtown.

Das Zimmer war toll, nur die Klimaanlage konnte nicht ausgeschaltet werden.

No fuss check in, check out. Good value breakfast. Clean bedroom and bathroom.

Great and kind welcome. Very nice service at every time of day or night. Simple, but tasty breakfast. All fresh and replenished all the time. Very good price to top it off:)

Across road from Buccanan st bus station. Handy for nearly everwhere. Would recommend.

Nice comfortable stay. Room was a little cold though. The shower water was discoloured so had to run it for a while before it ran clear. Bit noisy during the night with latecomers. Good breakfast, discounted 24hr parking across the road.

It was a nice hotel close to the city centre everything you needed comfy bed
