レンタカーを借り出す際のトラブルで到着が深夜1時頃となりましたが、チェックインの際の対応が親切でほっとしました。設備は新しく、清潔です。また、大人二人子供二人の利用で、料金は大人二人分。追加の朝食代も不要で経済的です。事前にグーグルで調べたときに駐車場がどこなのかわかりませんでしたが、隣のショッピングセンターの駐車場をホテルでナンバーを登録してから利用するというものでした。ラナーク方面に行く方には便利なホテルだと思います。

The hotel is lovely staff was very attentive and helpful, the room was nice and clean but the bed was the most uncomfiest sleep I've ever had and the same for the pillows I used a jacket for a pillow

Clean room with good facilities, very comfy bed and pillows and quiet. Breakfast was excellent with tasty hot fresh food plus good alternative selection. Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient. Hotel is on the edge of a shopping complex with a good variety of shops plus a Vue Cinema and plenty of car parking spaces. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

From the front desk to the room and breakfasts in the morning,while stay was great,room was spotless,beds very comfy,breakfast was very nice and so much,only downside on the breakfast front was no black pudding lol but overall fantastic stay.

Check in was very easy. Worse part was car park it’s shared with a retail park. So made finding parking very difficult. Apart from that was lovely

This hotel is well located (particularly if you like shopping), the staff are helpful and friendly, and my room was clean, airy and comfortable. What’s not to like, especially considering a wonderfully reduced price deal.

Room was really comfortable, we got an excellent sleep and the staff were brilliant. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice, definitely will stay here again, well done Holiday Inn.
