狭い！

We liked the location. It was close to both bus station and metro station. The bus stop was a bit tricky to find though. It was behind the building, and there’s a short cut pass between the buildings. But buses delayed often and a bit more expensive. We liked metro though. The station was less than 10 minutes walk and it was quite punctual, clean and reasonable. We didn’t like the bathroom. It smelled, and maybe because it was accessible for wheelchairs, but we didn’t like the all flat bath even without a shower curtain.

Room is nice because of the enough space.

Clean room and friendly staff. Great location just outside downtown Glasgow.

Small room, with few facilities, but clean, comfortable bed, free parking and reasonably priced.

Shame on whoever decided it was ok to charge so much for room in a place that is one step up from a hostel The hotels in Glasgow took advantage of a large international medical conference to inflate prices Not smart

The staff asked me to share my 16 digits on the payment card, although this was pre-paid before the checking-in . My bank advised me against this, I was checking in after 10pm and having paid alot of money I was tied to accept this depsite the discomfort, I was show their policy on a piece of paper they had but this was not shared with as far as I can tell. This experience was so stressful. The room stinks as well as the toilet. Again, I was checking in late and having had the difficult time with the check in issue, I didn’t feel comfortable to report it. No heating provided, when I asked for an extra duvet, they gave me a duvet without a case or cover, from the hygiene point of view this was so uncomfortable. Over priced for a poor service. I will try to avoid them in the future. The only good point is the location, which is perfect.

Don’t bother pay a little bit more somewhere else

Clean and tidy

I know it is a budget hotel. But it’s one of the worst I stayed. Breakfast quality and species are low, Coffee machine not in use. No tissues in the breakfast provided evenif I requested.No hairdryer in the room. Shower and sink are in the middle of the room. Room is so small that you can’t move inside. I stayed in Ibis Hotels in Germany and Italy, but they were quite good with respect to this one.

Easy to get too, friendly staff and good parking available

The hotel's in a great spot, right by the river with awesome views, plus there's a cinema and restaurants nearby. Parking's free and there's plenty of it. Rooms are a bit small, but overall it's good value for your money.

Amazing stay, very convenient location and free parking was great. The staff at this place are extremely good, so pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and the fact there is always free tea and coffee available in the restaurant area means it is as good as if there was stuff in the rooms without having to wait for kettles to boil. I had about 16 people booked in and they were all very happy. Beds are quite small but adequate for what we needed as we didn't spend much time in the rooms. The communal area was very good for us and you could buy drinks if you wanted too. Would recommend xx

Needed to take the lift, which is a problem for me as I don't like confined spaces. Atrocious!

Everything about the property was awesome. Free parking garage which was needed because we rented a car. We could either walk or drive into the city centre which was nice. Room was immaculate. Room had a double and single bunk bed for very reasonable. Very nice continental breakfast for $7.00. Check out at NOON!!! Unheard of. I only gave 2 stars for check in. We got to the property very early. I Asked about early check in and was told to come back after 3pm. We came back at 2pm and I inquired again but rooms were not ready (the desk lady did not look in the system, which I found strange) so we sat in the lounge area. Two woman, literally 10 minutes later, got their room. (I was sitting where I could be seen) Straight after, another fella walked up and again was checked in. I walked up and then I was asked my name for the reservation. Not great first impressions. No smile… gave me the long way to get to the room. Whatever.

Das Zimmer war sauber und so wie in allen Ibis Budget Hotels. Die öffentlichen Bereiche im Hotel allerdings waren nicht so sauber und schon ziemlich abgenutzt. Der Eingangsbereich war eine Baustelle. Beim Check-In hatten wir bereits das Gefühl, eine Last zu sein und spürten sehr deutlich die Unlust der Mitarbeiterin am Schalter. Früh gab es einen sehr engagierten und freundlichen Mitarbeiter, der aber allein für den Frühstücksraum und den Check-Out verantwortlich und heillos überfordert war. Tische waren dreckig und benutztes Geschirr stapelte sich überall, das Buffet war in großen Teilen leer und eine Kaffeemaschine war auch noch kaputt und tropfte unermüdlich auf den Fußboden. Allein konnte man da einfach nicht hinterher kommen. Auch die beiden Reinigungskräfte, die wir im Gang trafen, wirkten wahnsinnig gestresst (aber sehr freundlich). Vielleicht sollte das Hotel nicht gerade am Personal sparen, um so günstige Zimmer anbieten zu können.
