We liked the location. It was close to both bus station and metro station. The bus stop was a bit tricky to find though. It was behind the building, and there’s a short cut pass between the buildings. But buses delayed often and a bit more expensive. We liked metro though. The station was less than 10 minutes walk and it was quite punctual, clean and reasonable. We didn’t like the bathroom. It smelled, and maybe because it was accessible for wheelchairs, but we didn’t like the all flat bath even without a shower curtain.

Room is nice because of the enough space.

The only thing I would say is when we had our room cleaned only our bedding was changed no clean towels were given and the toilet roll wasnt replenished so I had to go to reception to get this.

breakfast was nice and pwcking was safe .We enjoyed our stay.would like to come back again

Fire alarm at 1am. All residents evacuated. Breakfast basic but it was cheap. Stay on reception floor as you have beverage facilities handy.

So, the Ibis budget does what it says on the tin..budget! Don't get me wrong but managed to get a good deal for the 2 nights. However, on entering the room we were slightly surprised. No actual bathroom, more a cupboard with a toilet in it, a separate shower, and a sink in the actual room. Also, basically no furniture. A tiny table space and 4 clothes hangers on a rail from the wall. And no tea/coffee facilities. A bit of noise as we were the first room from the lifts. 1 lift was out of action due to maintenance. We only had dealings with reception, and all fine there. Didn't use any other facilities offered. Glad we had use of the car park next door

Chaotic reception area, only one lift working, long wait to get to reception from ground floor to reception on 6th floor. Room bare, cell like, grubby and cold despite warm ish air blowing from heater. No tv remote.

Friendly staff, room was clean, near to the ovo, near to central station, shouod have hair dryers in the rooms

It’s fine for a place to sleep, feels a bit like student halls! Room wasn’t ready at 3pm had to sit for half an hour. Confusion as I’d paid hotels.com then when arrived told I hadn’t paid and it was a different price…

Basic but functional - breakfast was a pleasant surprise
