The property is seriously overpriced with a bit of issues roaming around the building being very old, such as sound barriers etc However the staff was very welcoming, the cleanliness level was great and it def was very safe

Le petit dejeuner et le service sont bons. Mais les serviettes sont tachées même les nouvelles quand on demande à les remplacer. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant et la chambre propre.

Everything was great. Our room had a very noisy vent outside our window, which might have been from the hotel boiler which could be heard all night. That was the only downside. Otherwise the staff and service was amazing!!

We had an excellent stay. It was a very nicely sized room with lots to do close by. The staff was also lovely and super helpful the whole stay.

Continental frukost var bra

Brilliant stay in a modern and clean room. Bed was extremely comfy and the room had everything you needed. The congratulations card for our wedding (we were on our honeymoon) was a lovely touch!

Lovely staff, the woman who greeted us was so sweet! Also very clean and spacious room, and good options in the hotel restaurant. Good distance to some restaurants as well, plus the bus stop. Only downside would be that the walls are quite thin, so we were woken up a few times during the night when neighbouring guests entered their rooms/talked.

Conveniently placed for the city, a comfortable room at a good price

When I went to go and speak to the person to check in, she was abrupt and rude. Whilst I was slightly early, I was told incorrect information and sent on my way. The next day when checking out I checked the information again and was advised I was told incorrect information. As soon as I went into my room after checking in, there was a man in my bathroom. He didn’t tell me why he was in there and then he left my room after smiling at me. I think he was employed because I saw him later in the building, but just felt a little bit strange. I couldn’t get the complimentary coffee machine to work and the fan in the bathroom was on all night which made for a very uncomfortable night sleep however given the reception I had I didn’t want to speak to the team overnight. I stayed there for an exam to try and make things a little less stressful, but that probably didn’t work as well as I wanted it to given the reception received.

Opholdet på hotellet - værelse 103 - blev ødelagt af en støjende ventilationsskakt fra restauranten - med start kl 06:00 og slut tidspunkt 21.30 (konstant 46 db). Der var bestilt roligt værelse. Personalet kunne ikke tilbyde hjælp! Foyeren var glimrende til ophold - og morgenmaden samt servicepersonalet her var venlige. Hotellet ligger i behagelig gåafstand til Old Town gennem parker.
