ホテル全体が素敵でした。友人も気に入ってくれました。朝ごはんもおいしかったです。特に女性は気に入ると思います。

周りの環境もいいし、建物も重厚感がありながら、内装はモダンで使いやすく、気持ちよく滞在できました。

部屋の外にある機械から音がする。 眠れない、ホテルとしての機能を持っていない。 最悪な滞在だった。 もう二度と泊まらない。

the room is located like a basement . The vew was not so good. And very hot. Air conditioner was not good work ,

Stayed for a special birthday treat , comfortable bed , great welcome from reception , breakfast was average as was evening meal sadly , parking very expensive

Hotel was so beautiful, shower had excellent shower pressure. Arrival we were given a prosecco, wine hour was nice. Breakfast was so good. Room service was so fast and good quality. Spa was nice.

Great central location and staff were friendly - doorman David was particularly helpful and kind. The hotel is nicely designed though only minor downside was felt spa area could have been a bit better maintained e.g. cleanliness (tissue in pool) and corridors were a bit flooded and though hotels fault per se, people kept mixing up robes. The rooms are nice and spacious and the stocked complimentary mini bar was a nice touch. Although we never got the chance for the hotels drinks offer we heard about it plenty from other guests who enjoyed it. We did use the gym which is ok but one machine (stair stepper) did not work and worth noting there is no treadmill. Overall a comfortable stay

The stay was marred by the room air conditioning not working properly and the room being too hot , and a check in experience that was the worst I had ever experienced. There was a mix up between the hotel and Hotel.com over payment and the hotel asked me to pay again! I supplied them, as asked with the receipt from hotel.com and my bank statement showing the payment to Hotel.com. But 4 hours later they had not been in contact to say it had been resolved so I contacted Hotel.com on the app and they were brilliant and managed to clear it up with the hotel after my enquiry was escalated when the hotel didn’t answer the phone. I tried to contact reception myself and the phone rang without being answered for 5 mins. On going down to reception they apologised and said they were busy. The agent for hotel.com phoned me to confirm all had been resolved, great service! The Kimpton were all smiles and said sorry but did nothing for 4 hours , poor service from a supposedly top Glasgow hotel. The spa was lovely and service at the bar and breakfast slightly made up for the terrible experience.

Wonderful stay, A beautiful place with great staff

Always a great stay but we seemed to be next to a cleaners cupboard which we had a lot of early morning banging about . It took the shine of the stay
