お部屋からの景色は思っていたのとは違いました。 もっとラグジュアリーなホテルかと期待していましたが こじんまりした部屋で窓からの景色は全くないです。

清潔でフタッフの対応のよく、良いホテルです。立地も空港直結のトラム駅まで歩いて５分ほどですし、エディンバラ・ウェイヴァリー駅までの歩いて１０分ほででしたので、スーツケースを転がしても苦にならない距離でした。

滞在中のサービス、清潔感など総合的に良かった。 バスタブがあればなお良いが、、、 仕事での滞在で慌ただしかったが 次回はもっとゆっくり滞在したいと思った。

フロントの人がフレンドリーで、親切で安心しました。部屋は写真で見たそのままでとてもキレイで、快適でした。tuck boxにはお菓子が用意されていて、小腹が空いたときに頂きました。８月下旬の日没は20時半頃なので、日差しが気になるときはカーテンで調節しましたが、良いカーテンだなぁとふと思いました。夜になってもとても静かで、誰かがザワザワしているなど全くありませんでした。また、このホテルに滞在したいです。

Good location and convenient to visit the castle. Room was cozy and quite clean. It was a pity that there was big fire alarm during the midnight, but no explanation was given to customers. If you prefer being sleepless in Edinburgh, you can select this kind of hotel.

少し駅から歩くけれど、ホテルの方は親切で、お部屋も広くて綺麗で素敵なホテルでした。エアコンの温度調節ボタンが壊れていたのか、温度を上げることができなかったのは少し困りました。朝食も美味しかったです。

駅からは少し歩くけれど広々とした素敵なお部屋でした。

お部屋はとても綺麗だったのですが、お手洗いが流れにくかったのでホテルの方に見て頂くようお願いしましたがそのうち流れるから大丈夫と言われ、結局流れないまま一晩が過ぎました。お手洗い以外はとても満足です。

Superb hotel. Amazing service. Perfect from start to finish.

This was only a one night stay, partly for work, partly to celebrate my birthday. Check-in was excellent, very friendly, attentive & welcoming, a free upgrade was offered as it was my birthday & time was taken to personally show us around the hotel facilities. The reception, lobby, dining areas & Spa are beautifully decorated, there are so many staff, all of whom are highly trained & exceptionally helpful & friendly. On arrival to our room, a hand written birthday card & plate of chocolates & macarons had been left out for me, a very nice touch. Everything you’d want or need in a room was there, the bed was very comfortable, there was virtually no sound coming from anywhere, lovely shower & toiletries. My only gripe would be that the room was a bit drab & not decorated to anything like the same standard as the main areas of the hotel; also, we could not access the aircon panel, as it was obscured by the wardrobe, it was quite stuffy in our room overnight & you couldn’t open the window. We ate dinner at Aizle which was excellent and lunch at Baba which was delicious. Breakfast was a wee bit disappointing, there was a huge selection of things but they were rather ordinary & I would’ve expected a much more imaginative & out of the ordinary offering for £30 p/person from this standard of hotel - we had to send back a pain au chocolat as it was stale & hard. All in all though, our stay was lovely, the staff amazing & would highly recommend.

Ideal location. Quality accomodation. Fantastic facilities. Quaint area surrounded by stunning architecture.

It’s was ok room very small and old plumbing did not work that well Abe breakfast was horrible for 25 pounds

Nettes Hotel, gut gelegen, stylisches (Frühstücks-) Restaurant, kleine Bar, cooles Gesamtpaket. Einige nette Weinlokale sind gleich um die Ecke, verschiedene Fischrestaurants auch, die Gegen ist recht zentral, aber nicht ganz so verkehrsreich und damit laut wie die anderen großen Hotels an den Hauptstraßen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

The location was perfect and most of the staff were very friendly. The bellboys and breakfast staff were especially great. However, the check-in experience was poor — the guy at reception couldn’t find my reservation and just said, “No, can’t find your booking,” without offering any help. I had to type my name on my phone and show it to him before he finally found it. The room itself was also disappointing. It had a small window in the back corner facing a wall, and it didn’t even open. The bathroom amenities were very basic. Overall, for the price we paid, it felt quite overpriced.

Kimpton in Edinburgh was a lovely surprise to me because I had not stayed there before.

Nice property and staff. Great location. My room had seen some wear and tear and the hallway outside my room was noisy. Other than that, great stay.

hotel perfectly positioned, checked in early staff were amazing including concierge, and valley parking staff nice well presented, with good ambiance, room was ok bathroom looked a little tired, over bath shower (should be upgraded to walk in shower). Issue with tv/remote not working turned out position of TV prevented remote from working, maintenance guy sorted so no issue)
