Wide variety of delicious choices for breakfast. Lovely couple. I would definitely recommend to others.

Lovely stay with very friendly owners. Clean room with good facilities. Breakfast was pre ordered night before and was good. Fantastic views and based in quiet area overlooking Stromness. Lounge area if required.

Das Haus und die Zimmer sind liebevoll und geschmackvoll möbliert. Das Haus und alle Räume sind ziemlich neu. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig oberhalb des Hafens gelegen. Die Inhabern ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit und bereitet ein sehr gutes Frühstück frisch zu, wozu sogar ein aufwendig geschnittener frischer Fruchtsalat zählt.. Insgesamt habe ich es bedauert, wegen meiner Reisepläne nur eine Nacht dort verbringen zu können und kann die Unterkunft nur zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Excellent stay felt like a home from home Delicious freshly made breakfasts

Beautiful location in Stromness. Expansive fields right outside your window and fresh breeze from the sea. The X1 bus is steps from your door if you don't have a car like me. The X1 can take you anywhere you want to go. Orkney was a bucket list trip for me due to the archaeology and you can get to all of it on the bus. Stromness is also where you want to stay if archaeology is your main point of interest. Everything is on your doorstep. Stromness town is only about a mile away. Stromness is small but charming and picturesque. Much prettier than Kirkwall. I chose to walk it as I got to visit with friendly sheep and noisy rooks! Your hosts are incredibly lovely and kind. They even ran me up to Maes Howe on a rainy morning when I booked the tour but didn't realize the bus was not running that early. Thank Goodness... Kevin also ran me right up to Cuween Hill on my last day there. I was nervous about getting lost!!! If you visit make sure you go to Cuween. It is the favorite of pretty much every "Historic Scotland" employee I spoke to. An incredibly intact burial tomb where they found 24 dogs skulls. Honestly, for me, more impressive than Maes Howe. I'm already planning my next trip. Only recently found out the ferry out of Stromness is great to do a day trip as you pass the Old Man of Hoy. Next time as I still have lots more archaeology to see and I must meet a Puffin IRL!!! Say hi to Tyson while you stay. Give him a bit of your sausage and you're friends for life!

Beautiful place with great hosts

RAS ! Tout a été parfait et bravo au cuistot pour l'excellent petit déjeuner fait maison. Si 2 choses, le miroir de la salle de bains ne s'allume plus ( ou pas ) et le BnB est un peu éloigné du centre ville ( mais en voiture c'est bon )

I have toured around Scotland and this accommodation is by far the best I've stayed in. Very well appointed room , spotlessly clean and the host go way over and above . I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Brilliant,spotless deco luvly

We recently enjoyed our holiday stay at the Lindisfarne bed and breakfast in Stromness. This was our first visit to the Orkney Islands and we stayed there for two weeks. Kevin and Debbie were our host's at the B and B. They both looked after us superbly. The quality of the accommodation was excellent and the breakfast was generous and delicious. We will most certainly be returning and cannot find the word's to thank both Debbie and Kevin for their fantastic hospitality.

Great stay, room was excellent, breakfast options were varied and well cooked. Hosts were very helpful and allowed me to store my rented bike in their garage. Overall a great stay. Good location to travel out to Skara Brae, Birsay, the Orkney Brewery, Stenness, Ring of Brodgar, HOUTON AND THE ferry to Scapa Museum.

Good B&B, nice people.

The bed and breakfast was located in a rural area of Stromness and was convenient for getting around Orkney. Our hosts were very helpful and breakfasts were flexible and made to order. The room was very clean and comfortable and looked out onto green fields filled with sheep and cows. Our trip coincided with a busy time for the family so check-in was a little delayed. It is critical that guests check with the hosts in advance to schedule their arrival.
