Nice and good Hotel to stay

窓から町並みが楽しめてよかった。インテリアもスコットランドらしく旅の情緒が味わえた。

綺麗な部屋でした。モーニングコールをフロントで頼んだのに忘れられましたが、自力で起きられたのでセーフです。

Very good hotel inverness! Good location also

Stayed here many times before. Breakfast was average,new years day Breakfast was terrible . Room 102 a disgrace for a privilege room. Noisy, drafts from windows that were supposed to be sealed and cramped room also. What saved the day was one particular member of staff on Breakfast duty and her name Sylvi. Very lucky to have her as member of staff.

Managed to get our room well before check-in time which was ideal. Breakfast was really good. Centra location which is great. Can be slight noise from pubs/clubs on same street but still get to sleep fine.

The room toilet was extremely small and seat next to the wall . It was smelly due to poor ventilation or sewage problem. Room very dark and extremely bad sound proof (or should I say no sound proof at all). The shower hose was so short think it looked like for children only. The hotel was run down though location was good .

Room was very good, staff excellent, breakfast was excellent, great choices.

The staff member on reception was extremely helpful.

Extreme noise outside on street and then neighbouring room residents started shouting and screaming around 3 am Police knocking on room door at 5am demanding access as night porter had given our room number as the location of the disturbance.

Seamless check in nice hotel

The room was clean and comfortable. Our biggest issue was the noise. We could certainly hear people in adjoining rooms but much, much worse was the noise from the street! There should be a warning to people not familiar with the city that any room on the Church St, side of the building will reverberate with thumping music and loud, carousing people, until the early hours of the morning. I guess it would be fine if you are one of the drinkers, but for two people tired from a long week of work, it was extremely annoying. I will not be staying there again.

Room clean, bar staff can't make an irish coffee, breakfast was amazing

Malheureusement l'accueil n'est pas au rendez-vous. Nous avons l'air de les déranger Jamais personne à la réception. Il faut toujours attendre ou demander de voir quelqu'un. Les serveuses au bar sont dés très désagréables. Pour un hotel Français appartenant à la chaîne Accor, c'est très décevant.

Lovely rooms but, my room had no usb points to use for charging as i for got my plug, but i did get a plug from the reception desk . Staff all very friendly.

Room was clean and tidy, however my bathroom sink was blocked and the completely cracked (a guest had obviously dropped something in a previous stay). The room I was located was not good, and overlooked the main street. I was kept awake until 5am by party goers outside. No evidence that the room had been sound proofed. I think £15 to keep your car there is a complete and utter rip off!!! Won’t be rushing back although the location was handy for my work night out.
