The hotel is ideally situated for any events at the SEC, and with a multi storey car park next door (which has a special rate for hotel guests) it's an easy choice.
From my initial check in to leaving the staff were all courteous, helpful and friendly.
Yes the bar area has simple but as a music fan, I loved the decor, a drum kit suspended from the ceiling, chandelier effect using drum sticks and stools made using old amplifiers.
Food was excellent, the pizza I had was very tasty and the breakfast, fresh and plentiful.
Room was clean and comfortable and quiet.
To top it all, it's very dog friendly! Dibnah loved it and got spoilt.

This is the first time we’ve stayed at this hotel and we absolutely loved it. Staff are lovely and make you feel so welcome, the room was spotless and it’s only a few minutes away from OVO Hydro which was fab. We were told we could get a free drink at the bar once we were checked in which was a lovely touch but our favourite part was that we were going to a concert that night and the hotel were playing songs by the band the whole night which was really cool.

Excellent in one word! Five minute walking distance to the ovo in Glasgow. Very trendy, teenagers pleasantly surprised; clean,and decent size rooms. Staff friendly too.

Room was clean and well thought out with appropriate amenities.
The bed was exceptionally hard and uncomfortable and I was not able to rest properly. Because of this I would not want to stay again.

Great hotel, location and services. Car park next door and hotel gives a reduction on parking. Hotel does a super breakfast and lunch/dinner menu. Walkable to the city centre/cathedral area/university. Next door to Hydro stadium. All round perfect venue

Very odd encounter when checking in with rude staff, the room was fine but far too hot at 24 degrees which you cannot change. Advice is to open a window which only results in traffic noise. Everything else was fine.
