For what I needed it for was fine, a clean bed to sleep in. The room itself was mediocre. The carpet needs renewing and the bathroom was very DIY. Staff were warm and welcoming.

Not the hotel’s fault but development work is happening behind them so it’s a fully working building site at 7.15am - even on a Saturday so no chance to sleep in if you’re facing it. Also struggling to know how the hotel doesn’t have drinking water in the room seeing as this is a major UK city. Staff very helping and great location and in walking distance to everything in the centre.

The characteristics of the building were very lovely. The room was clean and provided enough space for my family. The beds were not very comfortable.

L'hôtel est bien situé, on a tout fait a pied. Le personnel est très serviable. La chambre est très très basique mais pour une nuit ça a fait l'affaire. La nuit était très calme.

Breakfast was a letdown, especially for the extra cash I shelled out, I thought I'd at least get a cooked meal, and I was lucky to even snag one pastry. I got back late, and the room was an oven, even with the windows open. I'm definitely not staying here again, and I'm seriously thinking about asking for a full refund, not to mention I got absolutely no sleep.

Funcionários ótimos e Café da manhã excelente,vale a pena mesmo. Quartos antigos com carpetes antigos, cheiro no quarto esquisito, janela para o nada com uma construção fazendo muito barulho a partir das 7am.Banheiro com piso todo desigual e velho...mas chuveiro otimo!Sem janelas... Obs, estava calor nos 3 dias que fiquei, o quarto um forno absurdo do aquecedor no máximo, e nao desligaram..janela só abria um pouco, e vinha o barulho de fora...isso foi bem chato.Dei azar nesse quarto.Perto nao tem nada, tudo precisa caminhar.

Great location, clean, safe and secure.

In this price range for 2 night 41 pounds having basic amenities is okay but the property should start giving option to share with people who snore and who doesn’t. 2nd night there was a gentleman in my room who was snoring like a loud speaker which ruined my sleep and obviously for others as well. If you’re on tight budget then take your chance and pray that there’s no one is there who snore otherwise choose individual room.

We had booked a 6 person PRIVATE room for the night. The room was pleasant, clean, had lockers, the bathroom was clean although had no hand towel, check in was easy and we were offered an early check in for a small fee, however there was issues with privacy after we had checked in. We were in the room at the time, and all of a sudden someone (presumably a member of staff or housekeeping) opens the door to come into our room, without knocking at all, while we were getting changed at that exact moment. Not sure why they were coming into our room only 2 hours after we had checked in and when we were only there for one night. Then in the morning, the same thing happened again with a male member of staff walking in to our room, without knocking AGAIN, whilst we were all sleeping, over an hour before checkout, realised his mistake, then came in for a second time, without knocking AGAIN to apologise for his mistake. As a group of young girls staying here we were not impressed and would not feel safe staying here again if the staff members will walk into your room without knocking and for no reason? Would not stay here again.
