We stayed here for the convenient location, and had a bit of an emergency. The staff could not have been more kind or helpful. I will make this my regular place to stay every time I am in the area, which is 4-5x a year. Fantastic food too!

Staff are very nice people and dinner is very good.
The hotel does not have lift, and shower is very tricky that guest needs to turn on the shower switch outside of the bathroom which I never have seen anywhere else.

Beautiful small town feel. Family like atmosphere, the rooms were extremely clean and the staff could not have been more helpful. Easy bus route into Inverness or close enough by taxi to not cost a fortune. Complimentary breakfast was amazing unlike just the continental offered at most big chain hotels. Highly recommend it if you plan on touring the area

The owner himself ran the breakfast area (great meals!) and personally offered the use of the washer and dryer for us. One evening dinner service was on the slow side but the food was very good. Andy at the bar was kind and personable. Both gave us tips on places to visit.
The room was third floor and no lift but Andy showed us how to open the window for comfort and I loved the little lending library of books. Walls were thin but we slept well. We would stay here again!

From the moment I arrived, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Peter went the extra mile and drove me to meet my tour bus when the taxi was not available. You really feel part of the family. Breakfast was made to order! Delicious home cooked food.

Great place for a quick stay. Plenty of parking, clean rooms, friendly staff. We could hear the people taking below in the pub, but it was actually kind of soothing and we got a great night’s sleep.
