Host made you feel at home. She even made supper reservations for us at the Waterfront which I highly recommend. We walked and it wasn’t far. Laura leaves little extras for you in the room that the bigger places do not. Very thoughtful host.

The hosts were very cordial and helpful. We felt warmly received.

I love staying at The Kemps. The host was very friendly! The room was clean, cozy and comfortable! We had a great night of sleep before hitting the road. That's a lot of stores around the property which makes it easier to walk around. I would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely room, very friendly and helpful host, tasty breakfast, chiller in the room - would recommend! Maybe a couple of easily accessible sockets, near the bed, for phone charging would be useful.

The KEMPS is a small guest house with clean, updated rooms. Our room was a good size and included a table and chairs. The hosts were very helpful with information about local attractions and restaurants. We would love to stay there again.

Sweet Guest House with lovely hosts Laura and Danny run a sweet little Guest House where I had a lovely 3-night stay. You order breakfast the night before and Danny cooks it in the morning - full Scottish available and a great way to start the day. The house is an easy and lovely river-walk into the heart of the city in one direction and out the canal in the other. The home is sparkling clean with updated bathrooms, comfy beds and lots of little amenities, like a mini-fridge in the room. The owners live upstairs and are a great source of information about the area. This was the perfect place for me to land for a 3-week solo tour of Scotland. I did not have a car and could get around easily. There is a grocery directly across the street, as well as a bus stop. I would love to stay here again.
