Stayed here because we were going to an event at the Hydro just over the river, easily walked in 7 mins. Car park only £5 and stay included use of pool etc. Great atmosphere in bar area after gig. Highly recommend.

The pool area was great. The room was great. Food was great. The staff when we went got dinner in the evening were the let down. There was a guy with longish hair who basically accused us of trying to steal beans as part of a kids meal. Thankfully another guy came over and sorted it out, he knew there was actually a problem with the app which wasn’t our fault. The first guy was rude and unhelpful. The deserts also took a long time to come out and we had to prompt multiple times for them before they arrived.
Breakfast however was fab, staff there were fab! Bar staff were great it was just the one guy who wasn’t! Shame for him to let the rest of the team down!

The hotel provided everything we needed for our weekend stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to give special thanks to Rachel and Rob who provided very professional assistance to me during a medical emergency.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definately be looking to return when attending events at the Glasgow Arena in the future.

Location great if going to Hydro. Parking was a nightmare. Family Room pretty basic.. all sockets in one corner of room. Breakfast was probably one of the worst breakfasts I've ever had. The bacon was barely cooked.

We were at "Conference," the *OceanSciencesMeeting* One, so the Coordination of the Staff to coordinate our two "Separate Bookings" to make them seemingly as One was "Very Paramount," sweeties! Room spotlessly clean. One real gripe is the lack of plug sockets.
All staff were friendly, helpful, professional. I couldn’t speak highly enough of them- individually and collectively. a credit to themselves and the company.
The food was not the worst but certainly not the best. So sorry, but could do so much better.

I booked a king room, but the room is separated from the next room by what must me a thin door, the noise of the guy next door snoring was as if he was in the bed beside me. I got changed to a smaller room, but was still charged for a king room. After I settled my bill and left, I then found I had been charged for another night. Not great atoll
