Das Beste vorab: Das Personal ist top, extrem freundlich, äußerst hilfsbereit, reagiert schnell auf Bedürfnisse, lösungsorientiert - einfach lobenswert! Das Frühstück war zwar überschaubar, aber vollkommen in Ordnung, die Croissants haben hervorragend geschmeckt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen: Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig eingerichtet, einzelne Einrichtungsgegenstände (z. B. Waschbecken) waren in einem schlechten Zustand, Wasserstrahl in der Intensität sehr unterschiedlich, meistens recht schwach, Wasserqualität nicht gut, ein einziges Mal hatten wir warmes Wasser, Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, durchgängig guten Schlaf findet man selten, nebenan hörte man um die Ziegen blöken. Die Dachterasse ist sehr heruntergekommen. Wir hatten dennoch eine schöne und unvergessliche Zeit und man muss ja auch sagen: Der Aufenthalt im Illiyin war preislich enorm günstig.

Loud construction noise next door was unbearable!!! The staff likes to do routine stuff and nothing more. At times, they make you feel like an annoyance despite your best efforts to please them.

J'avais payé pour une semaine, mais je suis restée 3 jours( j'ai pris un autre hôtel Azalai) Le lieu est résidence, très calme. L'hôtel affiche sur le site un restaurant et un institut bien être, mais sur place rien de tout ça.. aucun restaurant à proximité.. Le personnel est très sympa. Un petit-déjeuner avec peu de choix ( omelette sur 3 jours ) J'espère que le patron prendra en compte les avis des clients.. Surtout supprimer les photos du restaurant et l'institut ( je m'étais basée sur les photos et la proximité avec l'université) la chambre était propre...il fallait demander la clim et la télé..Merci de ne pas supprimer les avis.

Very helpful staff, clean and quiet but no hot water for showers.

Un hôtel simple et des chambres également simples dont les lits sont posés au sol. L’accueil du personnel est correct et serviable. Pas de restaurant dans l’hôtel mais la personne a proposé de me faire livrer le repas d’un restaurant. À seulement 10 mn 1 pieds, il y a un Auchan, Decatlon, KFC et un Pathé cinema. L’application Yango permet de se commander un taxi pour aller vers une destination. Pour aller dans le quartier du plateau ou au port, il faut compter au moins 20-30 mn

I actually booked this for my husband for business travel. The quietness and the wonderful breakfast in the morning where is two highlights? Excellent! He also loved that no one knocked on the door to ask him about cleaning. They just waited until he was gone and took care of it Wonderful we are planning another trip soon together and it will definitely be at this hotel! Excellent service

Hôtel idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate de la vdn et pas loin de la Corniche. Les chambres et les parties communes sont décorées avec goûts, le personnel est aux petits soins et le petit déjeuner satisfaisant. Je recommande.
