ホテル ラ レジデンス

部屋にクーラーがあったが故障していた。2泊めに朝食開始時間ちょうどにレストランに行ったら卵料理の準備ができておらず、パンの種類も前日の半分くらいしかなかった。

クラッシックなホテルです。古いですが、よく手入れされています。部屋は狭いです。私としては展示物、特に昔の写真やカメラが面白かったです。併設レストランの評判は良いようですが、料金に含まれている朝食は普通でした。フランスパン、クロワッサン、クレープ、卵（目玉焼きかプレーンオムレツ）　果物（バナナ、グレープフルーツ、スイカ）　フレーク、コーヒー、紅茶、ビサップジュース、チーズなど。冷蔵庫が付いていたので、近くの酒屋（Flagの看板があるバーの先。缶ビールも置いてある）でビールを買って部屋飲みしました。

I loved the character that the hotel has. The staff at breakfast were so sweet and kind. The late night receptionist who was an older gentleman had no customer service and we had to call to let them know we were checking in late and he was poor at communication. The room itself had an issue with the shower water going on the floor. So based on these it’s not value for money. Also the towel on the floor was dirty. Better off staying with locals or at an airbnb. The restaurant was cool though and staff the guys who served us there helped salvage the hotel. Also the cleaning ladies were super sweet!

Happy to be back in the heart and soul of Saint Louis. The Residence is more than a place. It's the historical center of a city whose past and future are connected, where religions and people mingle, where the Fleuve Sénégal joins the sea.

Very brief overnight stay. Helpful front desk. Room was good. Had a nice light dinner in the bar.

Beautiful architecture and historical artwork. Some of the rooms are a bit small which makes managing suitcases a bit difficult.

This is a great property location and charm. The pool claim sends you to another property. Pool pump not running and stairs into water missing. Di ning options in surrounding area more reasonably priced than hotel and very good. Street children begging are relentless.

Hotel de charme, super bien placé dans le coeur historique. Un petit bemol : la literie meriterait d'etre changée.

The lobby, bar, and restaurant are beautiful. The hotel is right in the center of town and easily walkable everywhere. The rooftop terrace is perfect for sunset. The staff and service were great. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are old, floors dirty, bugs. Bathrooms are clean and great but not air conditioned

Ett mycket dåligt bemötande från receptionen och vi fick inte rummen vi hade bokat. Vi fick ostädade singelrum trots att vi bokade dubbelt rum. Som tur var vi där en natt! Ett mycket hemskt hotell

Hôtel de bonne qualité. Situation dans la vieille ville parfaite. Personnels agréables. À l'arrivée notre réservation réservation non pris en compte, nous avons été surclassé dans la suite pour une nuit. Ensuite chambre classique un peu poussieure sans Frigo. 😕 L'hôtel à un groupe électrogène qui permet d'avoir du courant car beaucoup de coupure électrique dans le ville.

Séjour agréable dans un décor typique, un personnel au service du client. 1ère nuit en chambre peu climatisée changement de chambre le lendemain sans dédommagement ni de compensation pour le désagrément causé.
