良いホテルですが、ベッドが硬い為最初肩が痛かった。暫くしてなれたのです大丈夫になりました。一度鍵が壊れて1時間待ちました。後レストランは、評判が良い為夕食は、毎日楽しみました。

プライベートビーチとオリンピック並みの大きさのあるホテルです。価格は高くて雰囲気あり。レストランは充実している。朝食ブッフェはバリエーション多く、ディナーはどれを選んでも見栄えはいいが、味は今ひとつ。 部屋にネスプレッソ式のコーヒーマシンとカプセルが６つ置いてあるのだが、1泊につき1カプセルまでは無料で、それ以上は5€。駐車場も、12時のチェックアウト後は駐車料金が発生したり、この地にして高額な宿泊料にしては何か細々と「セコイ」と思う場面が多々あり。リゾートを味わう気分にはなれない。清潔で綺麗ですが、友人には勧めない。

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent.

room needed a fresh coat of paint, light fixtures were mostly broken or stained, the hallways were dirty and everything from check in to the restaurants was extremely slow and inefficient. the wifi never worked for us and the facilities with the exception of the pool and beach were all pretty subpar for a 5 star hotel.

Room was spotless and clean. The staff was very accommodating and nice. I got room service daily and at any time of the day. I really enjoyed my stay at Terrou Bi!

The pool and beach were excellent. The level of customer service provided by the staff was first class.

It was a pleasant stay — the rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was delicious and sufficient. The pool was definitely the highlight: very large, with plenty of space, and the poolside service was fast and helpful. The private beach was great as well, although the service there could be improved. We often had to ask for towels and sunbeds, and one of the staff members saw us but chose to ignore us. One thing I would like to point out is the security check at the gate. It’s good that they check vehicles and open the trunk for safety reasons. However, one night, a security guard even asked me to open my small handbag. That is a personal item, and he had no right to look inside. He didn’t do this to anyone else, and since all guests are already scanned again before entering the premises, this felt unnecessary and inappropriate. It was a violation of my privacy. It almost felt as if I were entering an airport, a prison, or a nightclub — not arriving as a guest of the hotel. Because of this particular experience, I would think twice about staying there again.

The hotel has two sides. Outside is great, the rooms are old and smelly. Pool, Restaurant, Beach area outside is fantastic. The rooms are difficult, me personally didn’t feel comfortable. The smell was not nice. Old Furniture, bathroom ok, but not what you expect. In general a decent 3 star hotel with really good breakfast and pool area.

Freundliche Menschen, aber man kommt trotzdem nicht weiter. Service sehr instabil: kostenlose Minibar, aber nicht jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Guthaben versprochen, aber nicht angerechnet: "tut uns Leid, nächstes Mal". Es wird ein nächstes Mal nicht geben.

I will definitely stay at this property and hen I return in 2027.
