街の中心部にあるので何をするにもとても便利。ショッピングも食事も観光も楽しめます。しかも静かでした。 スタッフも感じが良く、部屋も広々していて寛げました。

アメリカのホテルに慣れていたので、一人ではもったいない広さでした。 朝食も、いろいろ品数がありよかったです。 夕食を食べられるところがあればよかったのに。それが残念でした。

Great Location and accommodation

Our first time staying at the Centar and we will be back. Spacious rooms, friendly staff and very convenient location.

What is expected for a airport hotel, nice bar, staff etc, rooms could have been cleaner and our room keys stopped working 3 times in 2 days which was a bit annoying considering always a line to get to reception

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Nettes Personal. Parkplätze im Parkhaus vorhanden. Achtung hinter dem Hotel und nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Gutes Frühstück aber noch etwas ausbaufähig

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Allerdings haben die Gardinen nicht das flackernde Licht von draußen abhalten können, weshalb schlafen eher schwierig war. Außerdem war die Sauberkeit echt nicht gut. Lange Haare hingen im Abfluss und die Duschsachen des vorherigen Nutzers waren noch in der Badewanne. Die Streifen vom „putzen“ konnte man am Fernseher noch erkennen. Das Frühstück und den Abholservice mochte ich aber sehr gerne.

I had a nice, large comfortable room. However, my room faced southwest so I had to keep the curtains closed at all times as the room got very warm from the direct sun. I also had an issue with the quality of the WiFi. I needed it regularly and the service was very slow or intermittent. I mentioned it to the reception and they just said it’s far away.

Garage is a horror, with an elevator for cars, the elevator and the garage is very tight...the elevator doors hit my car, because i needed time to leave the elevator because it is so tiny

Good place to stay overall. 3 main problems: 1. Smokey lobby and common area, should improve cleaning and ventilation 2. No replacement of coffee cups, coffee bags and minibar 3. Bed cover is smaller than the bed. When sleeping 2 persons it gets short

Central location but a neglected hotel. Cleanliness poor, curtains half falling off so hard to shut out the evening light. Saw a few bugs in my room. Basic amenities but the breakfast is decent. Poor wifi also so not great for working.

Der Empfang war freundlich und hilfsbereit sowie sehr zügig. Das Zimmer war groß, ruhig und gut ausgfestattet. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und gut hergerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Novi Sad. Der Shuttle zum Flughafen hat das Hotel organisiert und es war recht günstig.
