Great stay! The half board was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options for everyone. The staff were wonderful—very polite, attentive, and always smiling. The room was great: comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The spa center was excellent and truly relaxing. Highly recommended!

Too hot rooms! Nice hotell and amazing breakfast and dinner which was included. Easy parking with a car lift for the three parking floors. We stayed in family room with no noticeable function of the climate control ( also with closed windows ) Lucky for us the outside temp was low at night so it was bearable to sleep. I read other reviews complaining about the same. Smell of cigarette smoke in the night, probably from the lobby area coming trough the vents. One of us tried the spa area and some treatments and it was perfect. They offered to make baby food from meat and vegetables and bring to the room between main meals. All and all we were pleasantly surprised of the hotell quality and friendly staff.

Great location and great facilities

Overall great property. Parking at the garage is $15 that no one will tell you about upon check in. Glass of wine at the hotel bar is $12. Piece of cake is $10. When we arrived at 2pm the room was still not ready. Convenient location. Clean rooms. Greatly isolated. Spa is nice but they let small children which is annoying. Food is good and plenty of varieties. Buffet style. Would recommend.

People are nice, and place is clean and beautiful.

Very nice hotel with fantastic food,great service and excellent amenities. We enjoyed resting in our room after long hikes and relaxing in pools and saunas in the evening. Very pleasant and professional staff.

Check-in was rather disappointing (the room was not ready even though we arrived at 7PM, the cot was missing as well as towels). State of the furniture is a bit disappointing even though this is a rather new hotel (curtains were torn down, for instance). The worst part was the restaurant since my wife had a food poisoning. In sum, we will not go back there.

Awesome hotel in the center of Kopaonik. Everything is nearby. Spa is very cool and organized. Clean, excelent food, relaxed staff. I would improve directions to the hotel's parking space as I was wondering around until i figured it our

Személyzet nagyon udvarias, kedves segítőkész. Az egy évvel ezelőtti szinthez képest gyengült a színvonal, látszik a szálloda állapotán hogy sokan veszik ígénybe, kicsit az általános tisztaságon látszik. Gyerekekkel kedvesek. Jó az elhelyezkedés, árak a helyi viszonylathoz képest is kicsit magasak. Mellette szól hogy nagyon komplex szolgáltatást ad.

The checkin process was quick and easy. The valet was super kind. The room was nice although it did have some stains on carpets and there was noise coming from outside at night so I wasn’t super easy to fall asleep. The bed is super comfy though. The TV wouldn’t really work, but not like we needed it. Location was great, right in the center, near the slope. Food was satisfactory - there were some nice meals and some not so nice. However, the lady at the bar was super rude where all I asked for was where can we get drinks. Well, you need to pay for them for dinner (even though it’s advertised as included?). For this price, we expected more to be fair. I don’t see the real value and would rather choose another hotel in the area next time. They either need to lower the prices or increase the overall level of service.

Perfect location. Excelent half board restorant with very good breakfast and amazing dinners. Very good relaxing area with many saunas and indoor and outdoor pool. The room is enough space for 2 people, the bed matress was comfy

Bra hotel med bra läge och bra parkeringsmöjligheter i hotellets garage, spaet var jättebra med 2 pooler båda uppvärmda och flera olika bastun maten var okej personalen var väldigt trevliga från receptionen till servitören rekommenderas varmt.

The property catered for all the different tastes in terms of its services on offer. Especially the breakfast options, which offered a great deal of versatility when it comes to choice of breakfast. Dinner was a little less versatile, although there were still options in place for most people. Cakes on offer were of a healthier variety, which made it great if you are the sort of person who enjoys a healthy diet. The room was of impressive size and in terms of value for the quality of service received it lived up to its standards. It should be noted that the kids club opens from 10am-10pm and the on-site gym also opens around that time. It may be a good idea if the gym opened around 6am or it operated 24hrs so it can cater better in terms of time for its guests. Also if the kids club could open earlier and close earlier it may be better for all concerned. My suggestion would be to work from 7am-7pm instead of 10am-10pm. This is because it caters better to parent’s individual needs. I believe that many parents would be in agreement with me.

Alles perfekt!!!

It is a pretty hotel, with nice amenities. The food was also quite good. One thing that's lacking and is not inline with the 4 star rating is the service. It could be that the staff is not trained well to deliver that type of service. Additionally, there are some problems with the construction and maintenance ,such as the problem with the showers where the water leaks out of the shower all over the bathroom, some carpets are stained, etc.
