A lovely guest house. A little out of town but easy access by car. Quiet and safe area right on the river bank with beautiful views. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms, garden and pool area. Simple but sufficient breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Das Personal war immer sehr aufmerksam. Unser Zimmer mit Donaublick war großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Am Frühstücksbuffet hat nichts gegefehlt.

This is a small hotel, much like a bed and breakfast. The property was rundown and needed a good cleaning. The pool area and hot tubs had a beautiful view of the river, but the pool area needs an upgrade. Room was fine, but the hot tub room was old and the hot tub was cool.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Pita schmeckte wie bei meiner Mutter. Das restliche Essen und der Kaffee waren schmackhaft. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Der Pool ebenso. Einige Bodenfliesen im Außenbereich am Pool waren kaputt. Im Zimmer die Fenster Rollos, beides könnte man auswechseln. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank mit Minibar war da. Eine Nespresso Kaffemaschine auch und Tee Zubereitung war möglich. Parkplätze gab es auch vor der Tür. Abendessen hätte man sich ins Hotel liefern lassen können, und das Hotel hätte den Tisch auf der Terrasse vorbereitet, so dass man das Hotel nicht verlassen hätte müssen. Eine Bedienung am Pool lief mehrmals tasgüber rum, und man konnte sich Getränke bestellen, cash oder aufs Zimmer setzen war möglich. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir erholt.

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Das Personal vom Check-In bis hin zum Reinigungspersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Anlage sowie der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer über die Donau war perfekt. Bei meinen nächsten Besuch in Novi Sad werde ich bestimmt wieder im Panorama Aqualux übernachten. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team!

Clean, friendly, comfortable and beatiful garden. Definitely nice staff!!

Pros: Staff was nice. Cons: There are many. We booked it for 3 nights but we’ve not got the same room what was shown in pics while booking. It was FALSE ADVERTISING. The room was in the attic and had very low ceiling and it was tough to live there with a toddler. We requested to cancel the last night but it was refused by the owner. There were lot of bugs and spiders in the room. AC wasn’t working properly and making a lot of noise. They asked for special requests like veg food etc but sadly no veg options in breakfast. I wonder why do they even ask if they don’t act on such requests. Overall it was REALLY DISAPPOINTING and not worth the money at all.

Overall, our stay at Panorama Aqualux was very good. It's a little out of Novi Sad, but the taxis are cheap (even if they don't really know where they are going, they are friendly). The view of the river was lovely - and all the staff were very friendly. A little annoying to be woken up by loud guests, who were allowed to continue being loud for over an hour at 3am, but the staff were very apologetic and you can't really blame the hotel for it starting. The hot tub is lovely - although doesn't get 'hot' - but it's a fantastic view. The room and bathroom is spacious - but the carpet is very old. Little done to promote ecotourism, with single use plastic cups common and disposable toiletries made from chemicals, despite being on the side of a waterway and therefore intrinsically connected to nature. I'd recommend owing to the staff and the size of the rooms - but it does need a little love and attention with the carpet and decor. Some recommendations on restaurants and bars would be nice, too.

Hotel was overbooked and didn’t cancel our booking. It was Exit festival weekend and we got real troubles to find new place.

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο μπροστά στο ποτάμι με πολύ ωραία θέα και σχετικά κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Δωμάτια καθαρά και πολύ άνετα. Ο χώρος όλος του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ όμορφος και περιποιημένος. Φαντάζομαι τι ομορφιά είναι την άνοιξη και το καλοκαίρι! Το πρωινό με αρκετή ποικιλία. Είμαστε οικογενειακώς πολύ ευχαριστημένοι! Θα το προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στο Νόβι Σάντ

Serenity and peace at this Danube River side location.

Het hotel is een villa aan het water en telt 10 kamers en heeft een tuin met zwembad. Verder staat er een jacuzzi en in een hoek een sauna, echter wil ik het geen sauna noemen. In het glazenhokje met veel rode lampjes kwam de temperatuur niet boven de 55 graden. Mijn kamer op de eerste verdieping was ruim en had uitzicht op de tuin en direct aangrenzende rivier. Het ontbijt is basic, misschien mede omdat er weinig gasten waren. Een restaurant ligt op 100 meter afstand, je kunt er goed eten en biedt veel vis gerechten. Het centrum van Novi Sad is te ver om te lopen.
