l’hébergement est très bien situé, il y a tout à proximité : pharmacie, petit marché, supermarché, poste, restaurant, poste de police, boulangerie ! la plage accessible en moins de 5 minutes à pied, est d’une beauté époustouflante ! anse royal est réputée une des plus belle plage de Mahé ! il y a un bus pour rejoindre Victoria la capitale, et l’aéroport est à 20 minutes en voiture. Le jour de notre arrivée un chauffeur est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport pour nous transporter à la villa et ceci gratuitement ( il faut séjourner au moins 4 nuit pour cette gratuité) Pour le transfert le jour du départ nous avons régler 34 euros ( ce qui est correct) Les petits appartements ont tout le confort, et il y a tout pour pourvoir cuisiner ou réchauffer un plat. le personnel est serviable et très sympa. je recommande la villa à 100%👍

We liked that we were able to get this place at a good price for nine nights. It is perfectly located with many shops and restaurants around, and it is walking distance to the bus stop. The Anse Royale beach is a 5-minute walk. We took the bus twice but it was stressful, and so we decided to drive to the west side of the island. The owner was able to secure us a car rental service at a great price at short notice. We also had the buffett cooked for us, and it was so delicious and very well worth it. The trash was taken out daily and the place was cleaned periodically. We had no issues with mosquitoes or bugs.
On the last day, the airline pushed our flight forward by 4 hours, and rather than have us sit at the airport waiting, we were offered late check out at a very reasonable price, which we happily accepted. This was a great place to stay and I took one star off from the area around the property rating just because a small piece of property adjacent to the villa was poorly maintained and the view from the street could be improved (it should be noted that the adjacent property belongs to someone else). Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. We did not regret our nine nights.

Erittäin hyvä palvelu. Natalia ja Patrik teki kaikkensa sen eteen, että loma onnistui täydellisesti. Lentokenttäkuljetukset sisältyi majoitushintaan. Lisäksi Patrik kuljetti eri rannoille pienellä maksulla. Huoneeseen tuotiin tuoreita hedelmiä. Rantapyyhkeita sai lainata kuten myös snorklausvälineitä.
Upea Anse Royal ranta vain 100m päässä! Lähtöpäivänä järjestyi toinen huone jonka saimme pientä maksua vastaan pitää lennon lähtöön saakka, vaikka lento lähti vasta puoliltaöin.Suosittelemme ehdottomasti tätä majoituspaikkaa!

物価の高いセイシェルでは、比較的リーズナブルなゲストハウス。近くにレストランが数件、スーパーもあるので便利。首都ビクトリアや空港へ行けるローカルバスの停留所もすぐです。
一般の旅行客が素通りしてしまうような小さな村ですが、ビーチは広くて静かで綺麗です。
ここの国の人は、他のアフリカ諸国と比べ、得てして無愛想。このゲストハウスのオーナーも多分に漏れずそうでしたが、お国柄ですかね。
空港へ迎えに来てくれるのはフリーですが、送りは50$だそうです。行きは迎えに来てもらい、帰りはバスでも良いかも。バスの時刻表はなく不定期ですが、頻繁に来ていたように思います。
ゲストハウス自体は可もなく不可もなくです。最低限のものは揃っており、wifiも問題なし。他のホテルが高すぎるので、価格で選びましたが、決して安いわけではなく、価格に見合ってるとも思いませんでした。やはり物価自体が高いのだと思います。

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et la courtoisie du personnel. Un grand merci au personnel, toujours souriant et disponible, en particulier à Gracey.
Le logement est bien équipé et est bien situé.Un rafraîchissement du logement améliorerait encore l’expérience. La gentillesse du personnel nous a fait oublié ce petit "désagrément".

The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with a good kitchen and bathrooms it is well located to several grocery stores and to the beach.
The beach is a very good swimming beach with little surf and dip enough water. The beach restaurant offers good food and good service, has well has free beach’s chairs.
They is also a good takeout place near by.
The bus stop to Victoria is near by.
The management is professional and friendly.

The villa was wonderful. The unit was clean and bright. The community was safe. Housekeepers, gardener and office safe were phenomenal. They were always cordial, responsive and accommodating.

Excellent accueil. Personnes très disponibles et chaleureuses.
On est venu nous chercher et on nous a raccompagnés, sans aucun frais, à l aeroport.
Appartement très spacieux et très propre. Très bonne situation, à proximité des commerces et de la plage. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement

Great price/quality stay at the beautiful beach of Anse Royal. Conveniently located close to the airport as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful to organise a rental car, day trips, etc… Would recommend :)

Oppholdet var fantastisk mest på grunn av ledelsen. Jeg ble litt sjuk her og da ble en av betjeningen med til legen og tre ganger måtte gå til coronatest på gr av canselering og vær gang hadde jeg hjelp med.
To ganger kom det mat på døra fordi jeg var sjuk

Wir waren in einer größeren Gruppe (7 Erwachsene und 4 Kleinkinder) Anfang November für 4 Tage im Villa La Theres. Wir hatten vier verschiedene Apartments und können das Villa Theres wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
Der sehr nette Inhaber Patrick und der on site Manager Rodi sind wundervolle Gastgeber.
An einem Abend machten sie für uns ein mega leckeres BBQ mit ganz viel frischem Fisch und leckeren Salaten an welches wir uns immer gerne zurückerinnern werden. Danke nochmals
Die Apartments sind Blitz blank und sehr geräumig. Vorallem mit Kindern total super!
Nur 2 Min entfernt liegt das Café Kreol mit sehr leckeren Speisen und Getränken und ein wunderschöner Strand.
Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt im La There's und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

The location was one block to the beach so it was very convenient. There are restaurants and small grocery stores all in walking distance.
We spent 4 nights there and Maurice was very helpful in many ways.

Very clean apartment with spacious rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Supplied dishes and utensils were spotless. A minute's walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Conveniently located for an easy drive to Victoria and all the major beaches and attractions. Friendly staff with quick and efficient check in/out. Provided free airport pickup and drop off.
Main issues encountered was the shower water pressure severely dropped after a couple of days and remained low for the reminder of our stay. Also the internet was patchy. The only mirror is in the bathroom, a suggestion would be for another mirror in the bedroom above the provided table.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.
