スタッフは本当に不親切。セイシェルには沢山の素敵なホテルがあるので、私はここはお勧めしません‼️

ビーチに近く、庭が素敵なホテルです。フロントのスタッフはフレンドリーできめ細やかな対応をしてくれます。また、部屋のアメニティやタオルは昼間に補充してくれているのですが、毎晩「足りないものやタオルの交換はありませんか？」と部屋を訪ねてきてくれるので非常に快適に過ごせました。

スタッフは親切で対応は良かったです。 ホテルも綺麗で不快ではなく、海も綺麗で泳ぎやすくプールも快適でした。 ただ残念なのが、ハネムーンと伝えていたのに特に何もなかったことや、キングベットのはずがダブル程度の大きさだったこと、部屋の清掃でアメニティがなかったり、コンシェルジュにオススメの場所を聞くと情報が間違っていてお店が開いてなかったことが残念でした。どれも改善できる箇所なのでぜひ改善して良いホテルにしてください。

ビーチフロントだが大きなプールもあり、海で泳いだりプールで泳いだりできて良かった。徒歩圏内に小さな食品店があり、子供のお菓子やアイスを買えたので、家族連れには良いかも。

客室やその他の設備は新しく清潔。この手のホテルとしてはプールか大きめ。プールサイドも非常にゆったり。夜のレストランは高めで利用せず。ビーチに接するホテルのバーは食事メニューもあり、レストランに比べて安く味も行ける。白砂の綺麗なビーチに接する立地は最高。ビーチが西に向いているので夕陽は感動。南北に広がるビーチの真ん中にあり、歩いていける距離でレストランがいくつかあって、とても便利。スタッフは頼りないところもあるがご愛敬。とても親切に対応してくれた。

ビーチ直結のロケーション、設備、清潔さ、部屋の広さ等ハード面は、大変良かった。チェックアウト時に頼んだ荷物を運ぶカートが来ない、使えるはずのダイナースカードが使えない等ソフト面では改善の余地あり。2泊の滞在中2回も停電があったのは偶然かな。

We were not satisfied with our visit. It claims to have 5 stars but the service and quality feels more like a 4 star hotel. Our shower was dirty and we asked multiple times for cleaning but it never happened. We were asked to write our feedback in an email, which they never replied. Overall we are not satisfied with the experience

The breakfast was just it for me. Lots of food and different spread enough to cater for everyone and every tongue and tribe. It was my best part of the day

Whilst the hotel itself is set in stunning grounds, this lacked 5 star wowness, the hotel needed some attention to detail from services to general appearance

Oda guzeldi ama ulaşımı biraz zor, çocuklu misafirler için uygun olmadıgını düşünüyorum. Otel havuzu güzel, cabanalar sadece suit odalar için dense de bir denetimi yok. Personel nazik, bilgilendirme az. Otel imkanlarını ve haklarınızı sürekli sormanız gerekiyor. Plaja yakın, şezlong imkanı var, kahvaltısı güzel.

My husband and I had a wonderful holiday at Savoy. The room is very spacious and clean. The staff is super friendly. The location is fantastic with Beau Vallon beach right there, and a short walk to several great restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the spa and gym as well. Would absolutely come back

Camera con letto molto comodo, colazione e buffet della cena con varietà di cibo. Pulizia da rivedere e servizio delle bevande molto lento e qualche cameriera scortese.

Hotel ist alles in allem ok, aber sein Geld nicht wert. Viele Kleinigkeiten zeigen, dass das Personal oftmals überfordert ist. Mitarbeiterin Gulnur an der Rezeption ist so unfreundlich, dass man lieber später wiederkommt als sein Anliegen bei ihr zu platzieren. Beim Frühstück kommt der Kaffee oftmals erst wenn man fast fertig ist - dann lieber einen Automaten aufstellen. Pfeffer und Salzmühlen sind aufgrund der Witterung alle defekt, stehen aber trotzdem jeden Morgen auf dem Tisch. Hier übernimmt niemand für Missstände Verantwortung und ändert Dinge. Wir hatten am ersten Tag Baulärm aus dem Nachbarzimmer. Uns wurde versprochen, dass er nach 3h beendet sei. Am dritten Tag gingen die Bauarbeiten aber dann einfach weiter. Das Zimmer an sich ist schön. Wir hatten leider Blick auf den Parkplatz. Und ich habe in 40 Jahren Reisen noch nie eine so komplizierte Klimaanlage erlebt. Jeden Abend stand man fünf Minuten davor und das Einstellen war reine Glückssache. Klingt alles nach Kleinigkeiten - aber von einem Hotel dieser Klasse und mit diesem Preisniveau muss man mehr erwarten können.

Très bel hôtel avec grande piscine chauffée, plage publique juste derrière l'hôtel. seul bémol; le check in est hyper long (attente au moins 20 min avant d'être reçu), ils devaient nous apporter des rafraichissements pendant l'attente que l'on ne les a jamais eus. Dommage !!

Unsere Suite war geräumig und schön, leider roch es bei der Ankunft im Zimmer stark modrig. Nach Reklamation, roch es dann parfümiert - uns wurde danach übel. Ständiges Lüften hat den modrigen Geruch etwas geholfen und den Raumduftspray gemildert. Irgendwann rochen wir Benzin- es waren kleine Ameisen im Zimmer, daraufhin haben wir hingewiesen - nichts an Chemie im Zimmer mehr anzuwenden ohne uns vorher zu informieren . Unsere Suite war wirklich schön, deswegen sind wir geblieben. Mit Blick zu den Bäumen , großen Pool und direkt am Strand. Seychellen ist wunderschön. Und dadurch das vieles importiert werden muss sehr teuer. Solange es den Umwelt und den Menschen auf Seychellen zugutekommen, sind wir mit dem Preisen einverstanden. Uns ist bewusst, dass wir Touristen, leider zur Umweltzerstörung immer dazu beitragen. Es wäre gut, wenn Korallenriffen nicht kaputtgetreten werden und die unberührte Naturstellen auch unberührt bleiben. Deine Fotos/Selfies tragen z.B. dazu bei, dass sehr vieles kaputtgetreten werden. Anmerkung: Taxipreisen sind nicht reguliert. Sie variieren sehr stark.

We booked Savoy for its great location and 5 start rating. Unfortunately my wife get extremely sick the day we arrived (from food she ate at the airport on our journey to Seychelles) and eventually needed hospitalisation in an emergency situation one night - an extremely stressful and worrying experience, especially being so far from home. However, the hotel staff were truly incredible and became our family away from home. When my wife needed hospitalisation during the night, the night managers made all of the arrangements for us to get to the hospital as quickly and safely as possible, and were physically present during our emergency. One of the restaurant staff also came with us to the hospital after her late evening shift due how ill my wife was and concern with the situation - she stayed with us in the hospital until 4am and went to and from the hospital with us, which we are incredibly grateful for. When we returned to the hotel at 4am, the managers were on standby and ensured that the chef had prepared specially made meals for my wife, which they also did throughout the remainder of our stay. The staff were incredibly attentive, caring and gave us incredible service to ensure they did everything they could to make our stay as good as possible in the circumstances. A very big shout out to Abdullah (reception manager), Armia Moussa (night manager) and Gaelle (restaurant staff) who all helped us during our emergency - they went above and beyond and we are forever grateful!
