飛行機が５時間半遅れ、到着が夜中になってしまったにもかかわらず、ちゃんと迎えにきてくれて、翌朝も空港まで送ってくれて、本当に助かりました！

Great house close to the airport.

Jill was marvelous. Picked us up late at the airport and took us early to fly out. House is very nice. My husband fell and the stairs were a little difficult. Lots of dogs and rooster crowing early. Room was wonderful and very tastefully decorated. Jill was a pleasure!!

BEWARE I made a booking via Expedia and the property owner later informed me that there were no rooms available after our ferry had already landed in Mahe. We were stranded at the ferry terminal with no where to go at 10pm at night. I asked the owner to refund me and there has still been no refund issued!! Please check with them first before making a booking is my only advise!! This happened to us multiple times in Seychelles where property owners false advertised availability or rooms weren’t ready for us upon arrival.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft für eine Nacht vor dem Abflug genutzt. Von der Terrasse hatte man einen guten Blick auf den Flughafen. Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem Berg und ist an einigen Stellen recht steil. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr geräumig. Die Eigentümerin hat uns netterweise noch zum Flughafen gefahren. Würde ich wieder buchen

L'emplacement idéal pour une première ou une dernière nuit sur Mahé. A dix minutes à pied de l'aéroport. Maison spacieuse et très bien équipée. Malheureusement les chiens du voisinage peuvent rendre la nuit assez pénible. Prévoir des boule quies.

The place was large with nice views and super close to the airport. Not close to shopping so get your stuff before you get there. However the host offered to drive us for dinner, etc. and did provide a free transfer to the airport. Only two complaints. One is the air conditioning is only in the bedroom upstairs. It gets pretty hot downstairs. The other was that there was a used bar of soap in the shower and assorted left over toiletries in the bathroom. Also some leftover food in fridge. That’s a bit gross, but otherwise very clean and the hostess was super friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place for a short stay and would revisit if I had an early flight out or late flight in for sure.

Clean property, friendly owner, near airport with pick up. Great place after long flight and have a first glimpse of Seychelles from garden/balcony. Colourful birds! Food trucks, supermarket and Indian curry house nearby. You will hear sometimes dogs barking in neighbourhood but it’s part of rural Seychelles.

We needed a place to stay near Mahe airport prior to a 3:15 am flight. Touchdown Villa was the perfect choice. The villa is large and extremely comfortable. Jill, the owner was a great hostess, who made sure her property was well maintained, and who willingly drove us to the airport in the middle of the night. Highly recommend Touchdown Villa

Excellent and very helpful hostess

Very nicely - kept villa, atop a hill. Beautiful view from the patio and veranda overlooking The mighty Indian Ocean 🌊 . Air conditioning upstairs in the bedroom. Furnished, clean and comfortable. Conveniently located next to to the airport .

Jill was a great host, including for checking in and out and helping us get around to Victoria.

La maison est très belle, le jardin aussi, belle vue sur l'océan, les aboiements du chien des voisins est un peu dérangeant lorsque l'on mange sur la terrasse couverte de dernière. L'hôte est très synaptique et conciliante.

Very nice villa and exceptionally clean. Bring ear plugs if barking dogs will bother you. Jill was very accommodating.

Most friendly lady in a land of friendly people. Only stayed one night as had flight the next evening. Nice clean little house, with a well stocked kitchen, views of the runway and the ocean. TV had around 100 channels to choose from including Euro/US channels and shows. Only issues were being so close to the airport plane noise was to be expected, but as so few flights this wasn't really a problem. Secondly, the A/C unit was only in the bedroom, with only a single fan downstairs which was tucked into a corner of the living room. An A/C unit downstairs or at the very least a more central fan/ceiling fan would be great. Located up a steep hill, although airport pick up and drop off is included. By paying a little more we were able to extend check out time to late afternoon. Overall a lovely stay.

La villa è molto bella ,immersa alla natura, spaziosa pulitissima ,ben arredata e dotata di tutti i confort(lavatrice,lavastoviglie,2 camere matrimoniali,ampissimi terrazzi arredati e il sevizio ottimo :la proprietaria offre servizio di navetta da e per aereoporto gratis (se avvisata per tempo)L unica pecca è che la villa seppur difronte all aereoporto è in cima ad una ripidissima salita,per tanto per accedervi è obbligatorio avere un mezzo di trasporto altrimenti con il caldo e L umidità che c è alle Seychelles diventa quasi impossibile accedervi!

Convenient because so close to the airport if you are leaving the next day. Fridge with leftover food. Mad dogs barking next door at sunset. Unbelievable steep road to get to the place, but that is common in Mahe.

Touchdown villa worked well for what we wanted....a single night before an early start at the airport. It has some lovely patio areas and it was great sitting out in the sun catching up on e-mails. The Wifi worked well. It's halfway up a steep hill so you need to be fit if you want to walk to the shop to pick up some supplies. But It's well equipped so I was able to cobble together a meal fairly easily. Downside......it's VERY noisy!! There were dogs barking, children [and adults!!] shouting, and planes landing and taking off. I'm not sure how close to a beach it is as we just wanted to chill out and catch up on e-mails before flying home Also, the fridge and cupboards had lots of leftover food in with the fridge in particular being a bit grubby so I didn't fancy using any of it. If food is left it needs to be dated.
