非常に綺麗で快適に過ごせるホテルです

Enjoyed the sta. There is a mall next to the hotel.

Came back again and the standard is as good as before. Nice and cosy place to stay.

AC wasn't working well

The stay was good. The shutter service was pretty disappointing. The timing posted for the shutter to arrive at the Novena pickup point is not accurate at all. I waited for at least 30mins or more before the shutter arrived.

I loved the decor, colors, and the overall vibes of the place.

Definitely staying here on my next business trips

Clean hotel but they advertise a shuttle from novena station to the hotel, my family and I waited one hour for the shuttle, the shuttle never arrived, we had to request a taxi to get to the hotel.

The room is ridiculously small. No in-room food service.

Wasn’t thrilled with two properties instead of just one. Slightly more challenging coordinating with a larger group.

Hotel muito bom, e bem localizado, em região com muitas opções, inclusive com um mini shopping anexo ao hotel. Quartos amplos para os padrões de Singapura. Café da manhã excelente com diversas opções. Pessoal simpatico e solicito. Possue duas torres Este e Oeste, não sabia qdo da reserva. Fiquei da Este e acredito que a Oeste seja melhor

this hotel have 2 separate building West and East wing. I checked in to the west wing and actually my room was on East wing building. expedia does not mention about it when i booked the hotel.

Room is super tiny. There is not enough space to fully open my suitcase. Thinking it can be standard for Singapore room.

À mon arrivée, il faut traverser un centre commercial pour accéder l’autre bâtiment. Il s’avère que la piscine ne se trouve pas dans notre bâtiment, mais dans l’autre, donc à chaque fois que l'on veut y aller, il faut traverser ce centre commercial. Ce qui est vraiment inacceptable, c’est ce qui s’est passé ensuite. En arrivant dans notre chambre, j’ai constaté qu’il y avait une porte qui n’était même pas verrouillée. Cette porte n’avait pas de serrure, et en l’ouvrant, on découvre un mur, mais en réalité, ce n’est pas un mur. Il s’agit d’une porte communicante qui mène à une autre chambre. Personne de l’hôtel ne nous a informés de cette particularité. En fait, si les chambres voisines sont occupées, et que les deux occupants ouvrent cette porte, ils peuvent se croiser sans en être avertis. Un jour, alors que nous étions dans notre chambre, les occupants de la chambre voisine ont ouvert leur porte et ont aussi tenté d’entrer dans notre chambre en poussant la nôtre. Cela nous a évidemment alarmés, et nous sommes allés immédiatement à la réception pour le signaler. Le manager tente de nous expliquer que la porte ne devrait pas être ouverte de notre côté cependant lors de notre arrivé nous l’avons ouverte pensant qu’il s’agissait d’un placard puis refermer mais pas correctement. Il est inadmissible que nous puissions ouvrir cette porte ainsi que les occupants à côté. Elles devraient être fermés des deux côtés avec serrure. Je n’ai jamais vu ça malgré une trentaine de pays visité

체크인 때 직원의 실수로 West 와 East wing 을 왔다갔다하며 두시간 가까이 허비했습니다. 다만 그 외에는 이전 방문때와 같이 청결하고 만족스러웠습니다. 다신 그런 일이 일어나지 않았으면 하는 바램입니다.

Unless you’re staying in the “west wing” you have no access to the pool for $300 AUD a night you would think both towers would have a pool or a direct access not having to walk through a carpark and take 3 elevators to get there

Great hotel. Rooms at a great price. Comfy beds. The room has a mini fridge that you can use to stock up on drinks. 10-minute walk to Toa Payoh MRT station, and you will be downtown in 15 minutes. I recommend taking a grab to go running at MacRitchie reservoir Park.
