立地が微妙。駅からの道が苦痛

24時間チェックイン可能なので、便利でしたヾ(❛◡❛)ﾉ

部屋はせまかったけども窓もあり、スタッフも親切。ただ、インターネットのWIFIがプラス１０ドルであまり早くなかった。

Basic but not bad for the price. Room was clean. Soundproofing not great but that was expected

Staff were very kind and helpful. But there were ants in the room. Also it would have been great if there was a refrigerator.

Polite Staffs. Room is clean, however small. There was a change of plans for my accomodation and I have to check out earlier. They are able to refund the difference with minimum hassle. Great service.

Staff and service was excellent

the place is good and the staff is very professional. The cleanliness is perfect. There are, however, two main things to say: the room is too cramped, for one person it could be ok but for a couple it is ridiculous; the second thing is the shower which has no partition and the water goes in all directions on the toilet bowl, the toilet paper, the sink etc…. Anyway that may correspond to the low cost

Dirty, walls & pillows with insects

If it wasn’t for those that work at the front desk this would get negative stars. Raymond & his colleagues are amazing & that is the type of customer service you should provide. As far as the room, it could use plenty of updating & better cleaning. Very old looking & very small. There are a bunch of tiny bugs that crawl all through the room & they are aware stating it may be because of rainy season. On top of that my flight was delayed by a day due to the weather where I was coming from. They refused to refund me for 1 night even though the change of plans was out of my control & I still stayed for the rest of my stay! Regardless of policy they have the ability to make exceptions & this should have been one of them. I had no control over my flight change. Refunding me would have helped me a whole lot more than it would have hurt them. I would never recommend this hotel nor stay here again. Poor service coming from the backend but thank you to those on the frontlines dealing with all of the drama that the company does not handle properly.
