I was arriving late when I got to the hotel. Staffs are very helpful. I had my room on the 3rd floor. The room is nice, clean and bed is clean. Bathroom a bit small with a shower and toilet in the same area. So, it’s kind of weird but it’s ok. Toilet got wet after shower.
I smelled Durian from the receptionist to my bedroom. Because there is a Durian shop right next to the hotel. Parking is limited but it’s easy access for an online taxi to find you. There is an elevator as you walked inside the car park.
Also, at the front entrance hotel, there is a walking path for a pedestrian. You can either waiting for an online taxi at the front of the hotel or the pick up point which is on the rear side.
Staffs are nice, helpful and polite. I had a pleasant stay there. Will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip to Singapore. Good price, good location and not too far to the city centre like Orchard Road.
I will recommended this hotel for a traveller looking for a hotel in Singapore. Budget price, decent room and clean .

I had a really great stay at the hotel. The hotel staff was really kind. They even offered me to keep my luggage with them until my flight even though i checked out at 12 noon. That gave me more time to explore the city. Well managed and very clean hotel. Absolutely worth the amount i paid. If i comeback to singapore again, i will definitely stay here.

日本人旅行者にとってはお勧めロケーションではありません。私は近くに親族が居たので敢えて泊まりました。私にとっては便利なロケーションです。
このホテルはローカルのショートステイに利用されているホテルのようですが、スタッフは丁寧に対応してくれます。

ベッドは快適で広さもあるので寝るだけは大丈夫でしたが、近隣にある為かエアコンからドリアン臭がすることと、シャワーのお湯が出ないのがちょっと不便でした。

MRTの駅から歩いて徒歩5分程度，駅にはショッピングモール，ホテル付近にも食事すると場所や日常品を買うお店があり，立地は良い．ホテルは値段相応に感じたが，同程度の値段でも他のホテルでは，もっとサービス悪い（何もない，汚い）と聞いたので良心的だと思う．ただし，工事中であるため，音が夜遅くまでうるさかったのが難点．ページ内に告知しといて欲しい．

Highly not recommened. This place is not suitable for overnight stay, it is more like a few hour room. The area was so bad, and not safe. Parking is not available it is only 2 little space beside the bin behind their building back door. With the price i can stay somewhere better. The content and photo is totally misleading! So disappointed and could not even stay and booked somewhere else in the end.

LIke: Pleasant, helpful receptionists especially Shanti. Granted a quiet upper floor room. Near bus-stop and 10-min walking distance to metro station. Next door to two convenience stores and food court. Coffee-making and bottled water topped up daily.
Dislike: Tv channels confined to local free-to-air ones, just one relevant channel for foreigners. Small room, no closet, drawers or safe-box. Oldish bed and threadbare bath linen. Shower has no walls so toilet wet and floor slippery. Inconsistent daily cleaning standard. Faint cigarette smell in corridors despite hotel being smoking-free.

The Hotel was easy to find. From AirPort we took the MRT to Serangoon Station. The Hotel was a 10 min walk. The Fragrance Hotel had unfortunately an extra to offer, that I hope they do something with. Either the guest smoke in the rooms or the staff.. either wayI hope they solve this issue. There are no smoking signs in the corridors.
We just stayed for one night, but this is a fair good deal. Very convenient to go downtown. The purple line (NorthEast) to Harbor Front, goes all the way from Serangoon to LittleIndia/ClarkeQuay/China Town and ends in Harbor Front. Clarke Quay is quite a night life place!!
Even the smell of old smoke, we will come back to stay on the way back. Good value for money!
