スタッフの方親切でした。 アクセスはとても良いです。 最低限のサービスですが、満足です。

reasonable price

トイレとシャワーが一緒になっているのが使いにくかった。シャワーが便器のほぼ真上にあるので、誰かがシャワーを使ったすぐ後にトイレに入るとペーパーは濡れているし、便座に抜け毛が張り付いているし、床が水浸しだし、気持ち悪かった。 他の宿泊客の使い方やスタッフの清掃のタイミングに因るところもあるが、トイレとシャワーはそれぞれ別の個室であってほしい。 利用者がいつでも使えるように床の水を切るスクイージーが置いてあれば、もう少し快適になるのではないか。 WinkのMosque Streetに10年ほど前に何度か泊まったが、シャワーとトイレは分かれていて快適だった。今回の旅の日程はそこに空き部屋がなかったので、Winkのブランドに期待して新しい方のUpper Cross Streetの予約を取ったが残念な結果だった。 スタッフの若者たちは好感が持てた。夜に大きな声でおしゃべりをするグループに声をかけたり、シャワーに怯んだ私たちに比較的マシな個室を教えてくれたりした。 部屋はクーラーが効いていて肌寒かったので、寝るときに長袖を着たほうがいいかもしれない。

The staffs are all very kind! The building is old but kept very clean. During my stay, maintenance workers were cleaning the air conditioner and the toilets. Let’s be friendly with other guests, show our appreciation to hotel staffs, and strive to make each other's stay comfortable!

・スタッフはとても素晴らしく、英語が苦手な私に対してゆっくりと丁寧に説明してくれた。 ・建物自体は古く、特に洗面所やシャワールームは古さが目立つが、毎回スタッフがきれいに掃除している。 ■日本人へ ・部屋のクーラーがとても強いので、マスクと厚手の長袖・長ズボンがあると安心。 ・『シャワールーム』単独の空間は無く、トイレの中にシャワーが付いている。イメージとしては、個室のトイレの中で服を脱ぎ、シャワーを浴び、体を拭き、着替えるという状態。よって、前の人がシャワーを浴びた直後にトイレに入ると、便座も床もびしょ濡れ。私はトイレのときはスリッパを履いていました。 ・連泊でもタオルの交換は無し。私は持参したフェイスタオルを使い回しました。

スタッフは非常に親切で優しかったです。 ただ、洗面所トイレもシャワールームも冷蔵庫も共有なので、本当に寝泊まりするだけの場所と言う感じでした。 ちなみに、エレベーターも無いです。 ただ、シンガポールはドミトリールーム形式のホテルが多い中で個室に泊まることが出来たのである程度満足です。 また、チャイナタウン内にあるホテルのため、食事や買い物には一切困りませんでした。 強いて言うなら、大通りに面しているため多少交通の音が聞こえます。 総合的には、スタッフが非常に親切だったこともあり概ね満足です。

値段通り普通でした。

Inexpensive stay in Singapore!

We are a bit apprehensive about booking a hostel for the family but the room had everything we need. Its of course small but its Singapore so we expected that. The breakfast is basic but coffee, tea, toast and cereal was on offer so was good. The service was execllent and the staff were always on hand even at 1am when we checked in!

I would visit again. Good deal for the money. Nice staff/ we got the full room

Very bad. Don’t expect anything good. But if you’re on very tight budget then use it for a night or so.

Enkelt men bra hostel i Chinatown. Bra läge. Väldigt hårda sängar och litet rum. Vi hade rum med egen toalett, vilket vi var nöjda med. Enkel frukost ingick.

We booked a family room, which was a great size with two queen beds and a good private bathroom. We had our own air-conditioning. The free breakfast was fine and we utilised the free fridge storage and luggage storage. Staff were efficient and knowledgeable and helpful. But unfortunately we found it difficult to get our children to sleep. There was traffic noise outside, the control panel on the beds buzzed faintly all night, the blinds on the beds were not blackout blinds and clattered when you bumped them, and worst of all we couldn't get the room dark because there was a large illuminated EXIT sign stuck to the ceiling. The sign may be for safety but seems like overkill - wouldn't a glow sticker do the same safety job without lighting up the whole room. So overall we were disappointed with our bedroom.

It is a hostel but it was not backpacker vibes at all. Not social. There are only a few bathrooms for quite a lot of people and they are also quite faraway from some rooms which is when you need to go during the night. Also, the blinds on the beds are very loud. However, the bed itself is quite comfy and the room has great AC. Also, it is perfectly located to explore Singapore. If you are here for a couple nights, not looking to socialise, and want to be close to things, I recommend. But I would not recommend to your typical backpacker who might be looking for some atmosphere

Hotel placé a Chinatown avec les transports a proximité. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables et l'accès aux étages avec des valises pas évident.

The property is clean, and location is great

櫃檯人員不太會說中文，基本上都是用翻譯軟體翻譯，但服務態度很好👍 有陽台可以小酌，沒有時間限制，基本上半夜12點後音量降低即可，以不吵到別人為基準👍 但美中不足是要扛行李爬樓梯，行李重的很吃力😰 附近有很多商場和美食，很方便👍 離地鐵站近，牛車水藍線F出口， 斜對面過馬路就是住宿的地方了👍

The staff is nice and the room is tidy. It is a warm staying experience in Singapore.

It was amazing! Caw the male staff at wink was very helpful the entire stay. The sheets and the towels were clean and fresh.
