部屋は広くて清潔でゴージャス、最新設備を備えたキッチンもある。凄くフランス料理の美味しい島だが、自分で作ることも出来るので、3日に一度ぐらい自炊すれば、食事に飽きることもない。空港からも近く、ロケーションも最高。スタッフは超愛想が良くて親切。いいとこだらけのようだが、蚊が島の他の地域に比べても、異常に多い。美しいビーチを見渡せる、広く素敵なバルコニーがあるのだが、出たら最後、必ず、蚊に刺される。今までの人生でこれほど短期間でこれだけ刺されたことはない。「蚊に餌付けしてんじゃないの？」と言ったら、スタッフは大笑いしていたが、冗談じゃ済まされないぐらい刺された。この美しいバルコニーにあまり出られなかったことが残念でしょうがない。。。日本から蚊取り線香を必ず持参のこと。現地で売っている蚊撃退用のローソクなんかは全く効かない。島内は美しいビーチが沢山あるので、レンタカーを借りたほうがなにかと便利。

Excellent staff, big rooms, super clean, excellent location. On its own private protected beach. Great for families. Loved all of it! Highly recommend.

Loved the private beach area with umbrellas and chairs , pool area, restaurant on site with delicious breakfast and dinner options. The swim up bar was very enjoyable. The staff was sooooo friendly and our rooms were SPOTLESS. Gift shop on site was as good as going out shopping around… and the market on the premises has anything you forgot. We took family pics out on the beach one night. Only negative was the bar down the street you can hear the music late at night. But as far as this property…. BOOK IT!

Property is close to the airport. The grounds, pool, private beach were very clean. Check in and out were super easy and fast! Shout out to Casey and the other attendant that wore funky glasses at the front desk. Generally all the front desk ladies are great! There was also a guy that worked nights that was great as well. The ladies at the laundry need communication work. Their attitude was off. There’s someone at the tour desk/time share desk that was too harassing. She needs to ask once and not multiple times. That was very annoying. The room was FANTASTIC! I needed more time there. 2 bdrm, 2 full baths, full balcony, full kitchen. Worth it! You can buy groceries on property or at nearby grocery and stock your cabinets/fridge. The hotel has activities, but the best activities are off the property and in walking distance. Even one directly across the street. There’s so much within walking distance. Taxis are also cheap.

We had an amazing time at the property. It’s very quaint and perfect for families. The most attractive thing was that it is in the middle of the nightlife, casinos and restaurants. Most convenient. I typically prefer hotels and not timeshares, but the two bedroom was perfect! The hotel provided limited services , that was why I didn’t give it the highest rating. To like my room serviced daily. The timeshare rep was extremely pushy. We opted not to participate in the presentation. Loved the daily water aerobics and activities .

This is our 4th time visiting this property and highly recommend. The staff always goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. Great location, that is in walking distance to shops, grocery and many restaurants.

I enjoyed my stay. The property was great. In my opinion, the bar could be improved. The cocktails from the bar were watered down and not the quality I would have expected at a Hilton.

We stayed at the sister resort (Flamingo Beach) in January and Royal Palm this past week. We really liked both resorts for a lot of the same reasons — very large, clean, comfortable units, walking distance to stores, restaurants and bars, etc., nice beach and pool and fully equipped kitchen. The grounds at both resorts are very well maintained and bothhad very friendly and helpful staffs. This is a timeshare resort, so they don’t clean your room during your stay but they were happy to provide extra towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent etc., any time we asked. Royal Palm felt a little bit more like a hotel since you go through the lobby and past the front desk every time you enter the building whereas, at Flamingo, the only time you go to the lobby is to check in and check out. One slight downside of the Royal Palm is that the units in the east wing are a little noisy at night because the bar across the street plays loud music at night. However, you can only hear it in the secondary bedroom and not in the master bedroom.

Love Royal Palm. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are well appointed. All hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We loved our room on first floor. I have difficulty walking and our room was perfect. Convenient to beach, parking lot, pool.

Just returned from a 5-day girls trip and we absolutely loved our stay at the Hilton vacation club Royal Palm. Our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom suite was fantastic! Clean, spacious, excellent views and very well equipped. Communication with the front desk staff was wonderful and big shout out to Kedija for accommodating all of our needs! Can’t wait to return!
