部屋は広くて清潔でゴージャス、最新設備を備えたキッチンもある。凄くフランス料理の美味しい島だが、自分で作ることも出来るので、3日に一度ぐらい自炊すれば、食事に飽きることもない。空港からも近く、ロケーションも最高。スタッフは超愛想が良くて親切。いいとこだらけのようだが、蚊が島の他の地域に比べても、異常に多い。美しいビーチを見渡せる、広く素敵なバルコニーがあるのだが、出たら最後、必ず、蚊に刺される。今までの人生でこれほど短期間でこれだけ刺されたことはない。「蚊に餌付けしてんじゃないの？」と言ったら、スタッフは大笑いしていたが、冗談じゃ済まされないぐらい刺された。この美しいバルコニーにあまり出られなかったことが残念でしょうがない。。。日本から蚊取り線香を必ず持参のこと。現地で売っている蚊撃退用のローソクなんかは全く効かない。島内は美しいビーチが沢山あるので、レンタカーを借りたほうがなにかと便利。

Front desk was very rude and unprofessional, I arrived around 1pm and supposed to wait for check in time at 4pm, but I had to wait till 5:30pm to get my room. Superviser was not helpful at all. Very bad experience.

They had construction going on couldn’t sleep Was told about construction when we checked in . We should have been informed beforehand to see if we even wanted to continue to stay at hotel while construction was going on

This is an excellent option to stay in the island, peaceful area, very beautiful property with very good services and daily events for entertainment. Highly recommended.

Poor housekeeping. Once in 11 nights

The staff was outstanding. ALL of them, but I really appreciated Ms. Diana’s special attention in the restaurant. She was always right on top of things for us.

We originally booked the studio room that said Ocean view and we found that Expedia was a little misleading on this as there is no balcony and no ocean view so we had to upgrade to a two bedroom suite.

The Hilton Royal Palm was wonderful the staff were very quick to help with any needs. I would have liked to see a larger pool area and maybe staff more on the beach serving drinks but overall we would return to the Hilton Royal Palm.

Royal Palm is a great resort. Located within walking distance to lots of restaurants. Staff is attentive. Would stay here again.

Our stay was overall very pleasant. The resort is in a very good location. There is a walkout from the pool area to a private section of beach which was perfect. Well maintained grounds and daily servicing on their pool. It was a very nice temperature but unfortunately a tad small and shallow for my tastes. When we needed to do laundry there was a first come first served area that had a few washers and dryers to use for free. Rooms have most of the items you need. Including pots, pans, coffee machine, all cups and plates you would need, a blender, cutting board, oven and microwave. So all in all a well stocked kitchen. Now for what was a bit frustrating…. Elevators had issues constantly which made it especially difficult for my mum who can’t walk easily and we were on the 3rd floor. Even tho I asked for an room easy for her to get to. The elevator issues lasted for almost the full two weeks we were there. Some days we had no elevator at all. Other times only one in use, only our last day were both elevators working. Granted they said we could use the service elevator but that was not reasonable for my poor mum who could barely walk and the service elevator was quite far away at the other end of the building. We were up at 7am most mornings and watched everyday how people would save the spots on the beach even tho signs say “no saving” and then they walk away and are gone forever. Bar drinks are not that good. Very weak. Food is sub par at the Cabana

The property and staff were outstanding. The only complaint is the bar directly across the street from the Royal Palm...Nowhere Special. This bar starts its music at approximately 9pm and continues through 2am. The music is so loud it is almost impossible to fall asleep and get some sleep. The hotel offers earplugs and is very sympathetic. This bar is essentially an outdoor venue, they seemingly have zero regard for anyone else except their customer base. We refused to patronize this business for obvious reasons. If you would like to have a restful sleep, think twice before you book.

Staff at this property were so incredibly friendly and helpful! From front desk staff to pool and everyone behind the scenes. The pool and beach areas were spotless and always enough towels and cocktails! Our 2 bedroom suite was large and comfy for 4 people and our view was fabulous. We received one clean during our stay. I would have liked a few more to help with towels and bathroom cleanliness...sand gets everywhere as you can imagine. Otherwise, would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you Hilton Royal Palm for a great week!

This was conveniently located within close proximity to everything... Gorgeous property highly recommend.
