お部屋は広いけど特にお洒落でもないです。 駅から近いわけでもなく、シティからも離れています。ただアリーナに行く方には便利なホテルだと思います。

Douch was kapot. Doorgegeven aan receptie. Zou eigenlijk niet mogen gebeuren?

Empfang sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr alt, Sessel abgesessen, Möbel abgewetzt, im Zimmer 316 stank es enorm, hatte Haare am Bett, überall Fusel auf dem Teppich. Bekam dann Zimmer 716, was besser roch aber auch da war der Teppich nicht sauber. Ich habe das Hotel gewählt, weil mein Auto von der Höhe passt und es in der Nähe von Familie ist. Frühstück auf keinen Fall buchen, mindere Qualität: Pulversaft, 1 Konfitüre, Nutella, die sich in Fett und Choco teilt, fader Tee, das schlimmste: es ist eine Hotel, in dem junge Schüler ausgebildet werden, die dann zu 5 mit verschränkten Armen hinter dem Rücken ohne Begrüssung einem beim Frühstück zuschauen und um den Tisch gehen. Ich fühlte mich wie in einem Gefängnis. Habe dies schon bei den letzten beiden Besuchen bemängelt aber anscheinend ist das dem Hotel egal. Fitness ist gut. Dass es nur Thaimassage gibt, finde ich suspekt. Hätte sonst gerne eine medizinische Massage gebucht. Bin von diesem Besuch enttäuscht. Die Zimmer brauchen dringend ein Upgrade und bessere Reinigung. Die Lage ist gut.

The room was very clean, the pool and the sauna are great, the park is underground near hotel.

Ein schönes geräumiged Zimmer und grosses Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, Minibar und Teekocher. Relativ gute Lage zum Zentrum rund 25 min mit ÖV erreichbar. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Comfortable stay as you’d expect from a Hilton brand

Really nice hotel! The room size is decent with good food and excellent service from every single staff in the hotel... Strongly recommended!

Grosses Badezimmer

This is my third or fourth stay in this hotel and it was the best one! Our deluxe room was so big and clean. The hotel facilities such as check-in experience, welcoming gifts, spa center, breakfast, spacious lobby and smiling staffs were amazing thank you!

Good hotel close to the National Football Stadium, so you can walk to it easily. Good accommodations and very friendly english-speaking employees. Would stay again if in Bratislava.

Our stay was good. Hotel is very near to the Central Bratislava. I want to say that in rooms, kettle’s place should be changed. It is hard to use it right under glass shelf. Also in the breakfast room, coffee machines are not working well. It is filling just 1/4 of the glass. The restaurant in the hotel does not have meal differentations. Also does the hotel serve dinner? I have seen dinner in the breakfast room, but I couldnt understand if it is for a special occassion.

It’s a nice hotel, but it really is not conveniently located if you are a tourist. It’s a business hotel, and is a good 40 minute walk to the closest tourist attractions of Bratislava. Also a 40 minute walk from the train station. As Bratislava is a fairly small town, you could say it’s way out of the way to anywhere a tourist might go. There’s also very little in the way of dining around the hotel, and the hotel restaurant is not great. Not awful. But not great

I was really enjoying my stay here at this hotel. It’s not convenient location wise to the old city and castle. But it’s really a business hotel, not a tourist hotel. Plus I really enjoy walking, so I didn’t feel inconvenienced. I decided to extend my stay for a few days and booked the extension on Expedia as I find Expedia convenient and easy to use. I went down to the front desk to pay them the courtesy of letting them know I was extending. The girl at the desk was very very nice, but I think she is new and wasn’t sure what to do, so she called over what i assume was her manager. This woman proceeded to lecture me about how I should be using the Hilton website (which I don’t like using) and how she shouldn’t be letting me stay in my upgraded room (which I never asked for to begin with) because I wasn’t using the Hilton website. But as a favor, she would let me stay in the upgraded room. First of all, I’m a 55 year old man paying full price for a hotel, not an 18 year old backpacker at a hostel. Second, I have gold status with Hilton as an American Express platinum card holder. She wasn’t doing me any favors by giving me an upgrade which I am A-entitled to and B-never asked for in the first place. This whole interaction has left a really bad taste in my mouth and has spoiled what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay. If this is the way Hilton treats their paying customers, I think I will just stay at other hotels in the future.

Tutto ottimo come sempre all’Hilton, ma 30 € x animale domestico (io ho 2 cani) senza alcun servizio aggiuntivo per loro (ciotole, cucce, o gadget come in altre strutture) non si possono far passare alla voce “animali domestici ammessi potrebbe essere richiesto un supplemento”. Questo credo sia inaccettabile. Unica ragione per un giudizio complessivo inferiore al massimo.
