A room was clean and large. Somehow the towel in use was not replaced with a new one, so I dropped it on the floor clearly. Reception service is particularly good. It was better if there was a coin laundry for long-term stay.

Boutique hotel nel centro di Zilina, vicino alla piazza principale. Disponibile di parcheggio interno al costo di 8€ al giorno. Camera spaziosa e confortevole, molto luminosa e dotata di bollitore e minibar. Ho utilizzato il ristorante solo per la colazione a buffet, ma è aperto anche per pranzo e cena. Gli spazi comuni sono eleganti e curati. È presente un'area relax/spa al costo di 30€/l'ora, con uso esclusivo fino a 8 persone.

Had an issue regarding booking, was advised that the booking never came through and there was no free rooms. Susan on reception was very helpful, looked into this further and managed to accommodate my reservation

Plus: Trevlig personal i receptionen, väldigt serviceinriktade och vänliga. Rymliga rum med bra faciliteter och välutrustat badrum. Frukostbuffén hade allt man kan önska och lite till. Minus: Jag kanske hade otur med vilket rum jag fick men jag hörde allt mina grannar gjorde inklusive kissa, bajsa och duschade, vilket kan uppfattas som otrevligt om man är äckelmagad. Frukostpersonalen var otrevliga, svarar inte på tilltal, visade inget leende och tittade nästan anklagande på dig när du hämtade en andra kopp kaffe. Jag vill börja dagen på ett trevligt sätt. Det kunde jag tyvärr inte göra här. När jag lämnade frukosten önskade jag båda två en trevlig dag. Jag fick inte ens ett svar tillbaka - inte ens ett hejdå.

I stayed for 2 days in Žilina, the city where my wife was born, and this hotel truly stood out. It is by far the most convenient and iconic hotel in all of Žilina. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to the main square, restaurants, shops, and cultural sites. The building itself has a timeless charm and feels like part of Žilina’s identity. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed, offering everything I needed for a short stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations and local insights. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh options to start the day. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, history, and convenience in a way that few places can. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Žilina.

Die Musikauswahl allein hat schon 5 Sterne verdient. Das Hotel selbst ist Top-Modern, hat ruhige Zimmer und eine allgemein entspannte Athmosphäre. Das Frühstück hatte jeweils andere fancy Dinge zur Auwahl. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert.

Lovely hotel about 5mins to a shopping centre and just a bit further to the main shopping area which has the train station at the end of the street. The double room we had was very clean which was serviced every day and the bathroom had a hairdryer. There was also slippers and bathrobe. There is a kettle and bottled water in the room but there was only 2 tea bags (Herbal & Green Teas) and sugar. If you want other types of tea and Coffee and/or milk, I would advise you take your own. There is a fridge filled with all sorts which you have to pay for but it would be ok to keep your milk in. Breakfast has plenty of choice both hot and cold and there is a hot drinks machine to serve yourself. I would certainly stay there again if I were to visit Zilina.

2 nigh work trip, didnt eat at hotel at all, but very nice place to stay

Carpet was strained in many places. Our neighbor said there were spiders in his bed. We ordered queen bed but upon arrival were told there was only 2 twin beds are available.

The beds and blankets are too small and the pillows are the complete wrong size.

Located quite next to the center, very clean and large rooms. Wide variety for breakfast buffet. All in all a very pleasant stay.
