Vše bylo perfektní. Příjemný a velmi ochotný personální, super jídlo a služby. Určitě se vrátíme zpět.

we had a room with full garbage bins upon arrival, a bat in the room, twice not really warm dinner, a lousy breakfast, jaccuzzi with bandaids swimming in it, uncomfortable beds, broken backsplash in kitchen, no housekeeping apart from fresh towels.... NOT what we were hoping for.

My wife any I stayed three nights in a superior suite with mountain views with half board. The room was excellent in every respect. Very comfortable bed, beautifully turned out bathroom, lovely view of the mountains, when they showed themselves though the clouds. The “wellness centre “ is immaculately clean and the swimming pool, hot tubs and saunas are very relaxing and were included in the price. The restaurant serving a smorgasbord breakfast and the four course dinner each evening was a treat. All of the staff were discreet, professional, very pleasant and good at their job. I have stayed in supposed 5 star hotels that weren’t a patch on this hotel. The only down side is that it caters for the needs of motorists. Without a car it quiet isolated being a 3km walk into Tatranska Lomica. We got well a truely ripped off by the taxi driver who charged us 15 euros for the trip to Starý Smokovec 5km to catch the train to Poprad.

Excelentní ve všech směrech!!!

Krásné ubytování v dvoupokojovém apartmánu s balkónem. Výborný servis (4 chodové servírované večeře opravdu perfektní, snídaně rozmanité) . Nádherné okolí hotelu s výhledem na Tatry. K vylepšení snad jen rychlejší WiFi.

Zrewitalizowany hotel, duże przestronne i czyste pokoje, świetnie wyposażone, super strefa spa, bardzo smaczne jedzenie, miły młody personel. Generalnie bardzo pozytywne wrażenia. Jedyne na minus to bardzo słabe wi-fi

A wonderful hotel . Everything perfect except one small issue. The bed in the Duluxe suite is advertised as a Queen bed . They are not Queen beds. They are single beds pushed together. However the staff provided a topper mattress which mirrors a queen bed . But the bedding is not for a Queen bed either. 2 single bed sets are provided. Although this didn’t spoil our stay it was advertised wrong

מלון מדהים! תמורה מעולה למחיר! קרוב מאוד לאטרקציות מרכזיות בהרי הטטרה הגבוהים ולכן יכול לשמש כמלון מצויין לטיול כוכב. נוף מדהים מהחדרים! המלון ברמת בנייה גבוהה מאוד. ארוחת הבוקר נהדרת, שווה את תוספת המחיר. פשוט מציאה!

Adult hotel. if you use this hotel with family especially children, I recommend another hotel. (Expensive additional fee for children and very limited pool using time for children) but good facility, very well maintenance is good point of this hotel. If you’re couple this hotel is best!

It was great hotel, a bit far from everything except hiking and skying areas nearby. We were 4 people, the room was a bit small, but the service was great

Excellent Service, beautiful location and very comfortable rooms.

Our first family trip to Slovakia for Skiing. We flew EasyJet to Krakow, got a private transfer to the hotel (Krakow Shuttle - 300 Euro Return but per run, not PP). We were very impressed with this hotel, and see no reason not to go back soon. Its 5 minutes away from the Tatranski Lomnica slopes by road. If you have a car it's easy, or you can grab the local bus for about half a euro each to the bus station near the slopes, the hotel can give you times, the buses run on time . We tended to get the bus in the morning and a 5 Euro taxi back from the bus station (which is near the supermarket and most eateries). The hotel was immaculate. The breakfast was good. For adults the food is lovely. For kids (if you have fussy eaters), you might want to grab something more rustic near the slopes. The food is good quality, but you can eat cheaper if you have many mouths to feed. The pool, saunas, hot tub and general feel of the hotel is very good and very clean. After a very cold day, the saunas are great. The TV's have HDMI inputs, and we managed to hook up our small DVD player to the TV this way. Our superior suite had a separate bedroom and Sofa Bed, so easy to watch a movie while kids sleeping. The kitchen is a basic 2 hob and fridge set up, so don't plan any big cooking (we used just the kettle and the fridge!). Overall, perfect first family ski holiday.

Stay in hotel Lesna surprised a lot! High quality hotel, exceptionaly comfortable room and we just loved L´ocittane cosmetics even in room! We has a mountain view, and it was breathtaking, great breakfast with high variety of food. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!

Hotel nas naozaj prijemne prekvapil : zariadenim, vynikajúcou kuchynou a profesionalnym personálom. Konecne mame v Tatrách hotel svetovej urovne. Drobny nedostatok : pri saunách chyba oddychova miestnost s lehatkami

Konečne skvelá dovolenka.Tatry sú úžasné a výber tohto hotela bola super voľba.Chcem sa tam vrátiť.
