Location is good , breakfast is good.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. So many choices everything well prepared. Pool was really good. Was surprised they charged 2euro for pool towel rental tho.

The overall look of the hotel (lobby and common areas) is clean and good. However, the cleanliness of the room was not very great. The room was also quite basic with several marks of wear and tear. It did the job and we did not have any actual problems but a cleaner room would have improved our stay. The pool was lovely and one of the highlights of the stay. It was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. Breakfast was good with many options. I would have personally wished for more cereal, muesli and granola options as well as fruit options. It was quite busy during breakfast with many people, but still ok. We also liked the indoor pool. It was very quiet there and thus it offered a nice place to swim around and relax. There is even a nice Finnish sauna which we used even though it was 30c outside.

Soggiorno di una notte perché eravamo di passaggio. Hotel sul lungomare molto bello, camera un po' piccola per 3 persone ma pulita. Colazione e cena a buffet con ampia scelta, molto buone. Parcheggio sotterraneo. Personale molto cortese. Consigliato

Colazione dolce piuttosto scarsa, noi eravamo alla 805 e per arrivare dalla reception bisognava cambiare 2 ascensori e camminare per dei lunghi corridoi. Personale gentile. Parcheggio a pagamento 20€ al giorno. Bella la piscina . Visto il prezzo credo ci sia molto di meglio

Buon hotel in zona centrale, stanza e bagno comodi con un bel terrazzino

Partendo dal presupposto che le recensioni sono sempre soggettive ,girando parecchio di questa esperienza posso dire : all'arrivo personale disponibile e gentile, purtroppo la struttura nn ha un parcheggio e bisogna parcheggiare o in strada o in un parcheggio vicino al costo di 20 euro giornalieri..per quanto riguarda la camera ho trovato un asciugamano sporco e bagnato dietro alla porta del bagno e tt sommato pulizia scadente ....la colazione quasi esclusivamente salata ma evidentemente le preferenze saranno queste mm discuto . La strutture comunque in ottima posizione ,posso dire che nn sono stata soddisfatta appieno .

Comoda pulita cordiale

First of all check-in to this hotel (Lucija) is at 3.00PM and not at 2.00PM as it is wrongly written at your agency! I have some issues at hotel regarding your check-in time - I needed to wait one hour and half longer! The air conditioner in the room is in very poor condition as it cannot cool the room. As a result, it was very hot in the room, the room is facing west and is in the hot sun all afternoon, so we opened the balcony door in the evening to cool down a bit. But in this hotel and obviously some in this chain (as we later learned), the light at midnight is automatically lit on the balcony. And this light can't be shut down, so we couldn't turn it off and burned all night? This is crazy. I don't know who in the hotel management has invented such a foolish rule that the lights light up on the balconies at night and thus disturb the guests of hotels who sleep in the rooms? Even the floor in the room, covered with carpet, adding to higher temperatures.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und Hotelkategorie ((3 Sterne) entspricht bei weitem nicht dem Standard. Zimmer- und Restauranteinrichtung billigst. Stiegenaufgänge schmutzig. 700,- Euro für zwei Nächte mit Frühstück (2 Personen) !!! Wir werden sicher nicht mehr über diese Buchungsplattform buchen. Doch auch etwas Positives: Der Außenpool war sauber und schön.

Bonne localisation, mais cher par rapport au niveau de service fourni. La piscine est sympa, mais nécessite de traverser la rue et pas toujours assez d'ombre pour tout le monde. Le petit dej est vraiment cheap et très décevant, en plus dans une atmosphère très bruyante. La clim est très bruyante, pas réglable, et la seule manière de l'arrêter est de garder la porte du balcon ouverte (confirmé par le réceptionniste qui ne semblait pas choqué)

Molto bello in generale

We had a very nice stay. The rooms very nice and quiet and we had a big balcony. The service was brilliant as we needed one day to leave the hotel before breakfast and the hotel provided us huge picnic boxes to take with us. The shower cabin was very small.

Dejligt hotel nær stranden i Portoros. Rent og pænt. Venligst og professionelt personale. Morgenmaden er perfekt, hvis man kan undvære juice. Aftenbuffeten lever ikke op til den øvrige standard og i forhold til prisen. Prisen for at have hund med (kr. 150,- pr. døgn) ligger langt over, hvad andre hoteller tager. Alt i alt en god oplevelse.

Leider waren die Zimmer nicht richtig sauber, auch die Anlage um den Aussenpool könnte eine Grundreinigung brauchen. Fast alle Sonnenschirme kaputt. Kein Zugang zum Meer. Beim Frühstück null Auswahl. Der Kaffee schmeckt wie gefärbtes Wasser also nach nix. Das Personal kommt mit abräumen nicht nach die Gäste warten auf freie Tische.... Auch der Speisesaal sollte mal wieder ordentlich geputzt werden. Flecken auf der Eckbank und auf den Tischsets. Geschirr und Besteck nicht sauber.... Aber wenigstens das Personal freundlich.
