Beautiful property with friendly and helpful staff. Recommend dinner there too.

Good location, great staff. The hotel has ambitions to be outstanding but many very small details in the facilities and presentation let it down a little.

Very comfortable room, food, especially oxtail, very good and great dom pedros. Service very good and attentive/friendly staff. Not much to do/see in the hotel (gym under construction). Views are lovely and sitting by the pool very relaxing. Very nice bathrooms with bath. The corridors on the ground floor very cold and austere but the room does open out onto the balcony. Room and views lovely, but a bit pricy for accommodation. Good breakfast including in the price, and dinner prices were reasonable and great quality.

Renovated and stylish hotel, which by the way, seems a little bit like a conference hotel and not that persoal. The rooms, especially the suites, are very stylish and moderen, but also very bright as you cannot darken them perfectly. There are no international sockets and the bathroom is totally dark. You ll be unable to make up yourself. The quality of the breakfast is very good, the quality of the dinner only mediocre and the ambience of the room is too cold as its insidem without a view and because of the tiled floor very noisy. Unfortunately this area is often very foggy often we would not enjoy the view.

Had wat opties bekeken om te eten in de buurt maar na de eerste avond besloten om enkel daar te eten.

Everything is good except the Wifi didn’t work during our stay. Hopefully it could be fixed earlier.

It was great for a night on the Panorama Route with a great breakfast. It is all new and in some parts of the hotel renovations are still ongoing. Great for a one night stop!

It is a beautiful place to stay. Friendly staff and has enough rooms. Love the lounge it has beautiful fire place and great decor. Very romantic

most of the place is still under construction, however the 2 rooms we booked were away from the construction and were absolutly wonderful and our restaurant experience was amazing

Wonderful, luxurious accommodation, but the surrounding area is a construction site as a new hotel are being build, limited breakfast options

Leider war unser zweiter Aufenthalt etwas enttäuschend. Die Bäder waren nicht gut gereinigt, das ganze Gelände ist eine Baustelle, die Chalets waren hiervon allerdings nicht direkt betroffen. Die Lage der Chalets ist sehr schön und das Personal sehr bemüht. Super Frühstück.
