ここはお勧めしません まずフロントのスタッフが不親切　困ったことにも対応してくれない 部屋も暗く快適ではありません ホテルの周りも治安があまり良くなさそうで出歩けなかった

チェックイン時すでに支払っているにも関わらず宿泊代を請求された。二室とっているのに一室しか予約がないと言われた。あとで二室とっていたことが判明。 夕食の為レストランに行ったところ提供できるのはポテトだけといわれた。 生ビールサーバーが点灯していたので頼んだところ生ビールはないと言われた。 部屋に蚊が多かった。

We wanted a safe room, with a hot shower and a confortable bed to rest for the night before continueing oir journey the following morning and Elephant Springs Hotel provided that. It is also conveniently situated in the middle of town.

My stay was horrible. I complained about the bed not comfortable keep moving while sleeping. And the photo to be covered as it was not making my sleep. Nothing was done or attended. Towels were not in the room. Breakfast made milk was sour or made me to have stomach problems. Shower gel not replaced. It was not a good experience to be in that hotel, i fell i need a refund for such experience. No phones in the room need to go all the way down to complain or say your need. Air-conditioned not working accordingly bad service from the staff. Taking too long to solve the problem or not even solve it. Staff don't show remorse about the service the provide. I will never recommend that hotel. It must be close period. Problem to be resolved the increase. The worse one their are aware of the water problem they don't even tell us. Yesterday i did not have water to bath or toilet. It was bad. I asked to be assistance of second option which was done around 10pm when i was even asleep. My birthday turned to be horrible. I went to relaxing bad it was like a war. I need to be refunded for waist of my time and vacation in that horrible horror hotel.

After check-in, we were taken to a room that was full of cockroaches. We complained and refused to sleep in the room. Then we were taken to another room, but it was in such poor condition, and we also refused to sleep in because it wasn't worth the money we paid. We were then taken back to the original room, but they used doom to dispatch the cockroaches. The room smelled so much of doom that my husband slept with a blocked nose as a result of the doom odour. There was so much noise with loud music and the TV in the chilling room was also very loud. I didn't enjoy my stay and wished I could get a refund.

Accommodation was fine but the noise on the corridor was so annoying couldn't sleep people knocking on my door time and again

It seemed everyone at front-desk didnt know anything about basic etiquette from attending to customers to not being available at the front for minutes on end or not answering the phone. Our towels were not replaced and when i asked i only got one towel. Then i asked about bath soap only to be told that no soap is provided. this is the first hotel where there is no bath soap provided that i have visited in the whole world.

The place is not exactly as advertised. Its delapitated and needs maintenance. The shower does not mix water, the water is either too hot or too cold. The drainage system is super slow. The pool is not 100% clean. Also the noise levels from the other side guests, self catering side partying until the morning, was very frustrating

It is a genuine African experience - management is very good. Staff excellent, central & close to hot baths. Security at hotel very good - safe parking.

The staff at Elephant springs are absolutely awesome! So friendly and helpful. The renovated rooms are very nice,the old rooms are not worth the money at all. But the staff did not hesitate to put us in a better room when we were not happy with the first two rooms. The hotel rooms could also do with mini bar fridges.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room that booked the two mattress that were combined were not comfortable at all. when I arrive there's was no water and load shading of which I understand unforeseen circumstances. there were huge cockroaches in my room.

We booked simply because we wanted to take the kids to warmbaths for the weekend and this was the closest. The other guests were loud at night the noise was unbearable even after calling reception to control the noise. This place is suitable for the younger generation who just want to have a rowdy group weekend away.

My stay was perfect the first time but this time the hotel cancelled my bookings without letting me know.I was surprised
