This was a great place to stay for our needs, a spacious chalet, well furnished, great bed, and outdoor had a nice bush experience with birds and antelope 👍.Golf course is good, restaurant superb 👌, we’ll be back soon 🙏👍

What a beautiful stay ! I enjoyed it - my kids and family enjoyed it , my stay was too short would really have liked to have stayed longer . Lots of activities for the kids and adults and staff was absolutely amazing helpful and super friendly and engaging !

Everything was very dirty

The place was clean. The staff were friendly. Swimming pool clean. I love the fact that there are trees all over the place. Tiny monkey stole our bananas inside the chalet 😂😂, keep your doors closed.

Really enjoyed the stay as a family. We think the heated pool could be cleaner as well as the waterpark water. But the accommodation was excellent, although WIFI could be better. We really enjoyed the food and service at the restaurant.

Its a gated leisure community. Staff are very supportive and courteous. Dining would benefit from a buffet breakfast option for those who would like it.

We come here quite often actually and it's clean and in good conditions everytime, everyone of the staff is friendly and helpful, would definitely come again

Property grounds are super clean and well looked after the rooms are super spacious and really would be ideal for international guests or families in large numbers .

This was a very good find. Staff is friendly, entire property was clean and tidy, and it is great for kids. Really enjoyed staying there and will definitely do it again.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever we had a request they immediately addressed it. We had very cold days here and being ignorant of the underfloor heating facility, didn't use it. First thing in the morning when the cleaner came in she immediately switched all on, showed us how it works. This is an ideal place for families. It really caters for all ages and groups, from small toddlers, teenagers and those that want nice spa facilities. The game roaming around as well as the great golf fields just give that extra touch of tranquility. When our time came to leave we decided to extend for another week, but because of a public holiday as well as father's day the place was jam packed. Indicating our disappointment on not getting some more time, one of the office staff made an effort to make some space for us by moving the shorter stay customers and we had an extra week.

Weather was not great but we had a fantastic stay. Lots to do, the kids enjoyed the heated pools and entertainment activities offered at the main pool and restaurant. Staff were friendly and facilities are great. The perfect mini break.

Overall stay was good. Second night of my stay there was a rat in my room, reception office was closed. So I left at 11:30pm, nobody from Magaliespark called to apologise or even check if my stay was okay. After sales checkup on clients needs to be improved

Accommodation is well payed out and clean. We had a problem with a dishwasher leaking but did not affect our stay. Multiple activities for the kids.

Hotel room was not ready at 3 told us it was. Eventually at 3.30 given another room. Which day was nearly over. After that enjoyed our stay.

The stay was very comfortable and the room was well finished and warm . I had requested something special as it was my wife’s birthday but received nothing out the ordinary . Also experienced power outages and no hot water so showering was a bit of a problem but overall manageable

Need to improve by ensuring that TV snd WiFi are working before guests arrive
