Furnishings very basic… sofa not comfortable

There was constant honking, screeching tires, revving engines and sirens blaring. Add to that, we were woken up every morning at 4:50 by a Muslim call to prayer over a loud speaker next to the hotel. The first night we got there, the comforter blanket was wet so we slept covered by towels. I did like the view and the room was nice. We were also met on time when we arrived. The location was close to a nice grocery store.

Great property, had some trouble with getting the keys but it worked out and having parking was key! Great location and amazing views

Incredible stay in a beautiful penthouse with panoramic ocean and city views. The place also had all the bells and whistles needed for a comfortable stay

Beware!!!!! I was unable to stay at this property because of the awful condition of it. The pic misrepresent this property completely. The condo seemed of rotten food, insects in kitchen, stains all over carpets, decaying and broken tiles on balcony, water damage in multiple places on drywall and floor molding areas, furniture old and stained with cigarette burns in couch and on cocktail table. Dining room table leg falling off, floor baseboard pieces water damaged and missing, water running brown, elevator with pungent smell of fish, insects crawling in kitchen, appliances outdated and dirty/rusted. This place is way over priced for what it offers and there is no ocean view.

Fantastic experience all around, property was modern, chic and class and the apartment was amazing with incredible views and almost unbelievably spacious with all the amenities one could need. The immediate vicinity around the hotel was also very walkable with tons of grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Building also had a great pool deck and a cute gym. The property also had full load shedding backup (power outages) and so everything worked as normal in the apartment. Perfect stay!

Everything was comfortable and well prepared for our stay. We had easy access to the property as well as use of the wonderful facilities. It was so nice having a gym, pool, washer and dryer on vacation! Everyone at the property communicated really well and it felt very safe. All around amazing experience!

Apartment was smaller than it looked in the pictures. The view is really beautiful but all the plants on the balcony were dead, which is unacceptable. I understand there is a drought in SA, so plant some succulents! The bedroom isn’t fully blackout, so bring an eye mask, and the noise from nearby traffic is very loud, so best bring your ear plugs too!

Very neat and comfortable apt to spend time

Good energy from Chapson the designated contact. The house could use some throws and a basic selection of spices and condiments for short term stays otherwise it is incredible. The intercom doesn't work so this meant going down to collect food or welcome guests but it isn't too much of a hassle.

Fantastic flat with fantastic view! 200% recommendable

The property was beautiful and centrally located. It was part of resident side but we still received great service from front desk staff. It was perfect for our family vacation. There were only 2 things that could have been better. One was that all the bedrooms didn’t have a TV so the family members that got those rooms definitely made mention of that issue. It also would have been nice to have a FAQ sheet for things inside room like where the iron was or how to get on WiFi but we were able to get this information very quickly from our host. Overall I can’t complain and absolutely recommend the property.

The apartment is a private one inside the hotel, with different front desk. Very safe and 24 hours service. Two days before arriving, I received an email with some explanations and question about the time of arriving. The time of check in was 14h, we arrived round 13h but the apartment was already ready. It is exactly as showing in the pictures. We stayed in the apartment of 2 rooms. It is amazing, excelent decorated, clean, superbe view to the sea and mountains, close of many things that you can do walking and safe. Everything you need is in the apartment, even a computer. There are two bathrooms but only one has a door, the other has problem with the water throught the bathroom. The worst thing was leaving the apartment, I will live there for good. Thank you, Chapson, for everything.

Really nice two-level loft-style apartment on high floor with 2BR and 2.5BA, full kitchen, dish washer and compact laundry; everything you need. Large balcony overlooking De Waterkant area and up to Table Mountain. Grocery, cafe, restaurant, and rental car agency all within walking distance. I'd rate it 4.5 stars overall for an apartment. However, the beds/bedding/pillows and the couch could have been of a more premium quality and more comfortable. Was fine, just not exceptional like the rest of the apartment. I'd book again for sure.

Simply sensational. Our penthouse had the most unimaginable views of the the VA Waterfront and ocean. The suite itself had everything we could ever think to ask for and the Netflix and fast wifi were great. The hotels location is also incredible with dozens of eateries, coffee shops, convenience stores all with in 2 minutes walking distance. Great gym, rooftop pool and spa in the hotel as well. Luxury 5 star accommodation the way it should be done.

World class penthouse suite with the most incredible views of the ocean and V&A Waterfront. The suite had every amenity imaginable. The location of the hotel was also perfect as we had restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets all within a 30 second walk and the hotel itself had a nice gym, spa and rooftop pool. Highly recommended!
