送迎:電話対応やタンボ空港からの送迎がスムーズでストレスなし。 レセプション:若いレセプショニストがわざと早口で聞き取りにくく、手渡しもカードを投げつける様に手渡された。 洗練されたホテルなのに個人の感情が仕事に現れており残念。 その他は星5でおすすめできます。

Pre-paid for one night and when I check in, reception says, I’m trying to find you a room….uh excuse my finest pardon?

This hotel has a lot going for it. Close to OR Tambo, with a half hourly shuttle service means getting to and from the airport is effortless. Comfortable rooms - albeit not well equipped for a Jo’Burg winter. Friendly staff good food etc and not overpriced. Three things let this hotel down badly: 1. The lighting in the rooms is extremely poor 2. The hotel lifts are very inefficient and I have found myself having to wait unacceptable times for a lift 3. The fittings in the rooms are starting to show their age Other than that the hotel is very clean and comfortable and I have enjoyed the hospitality on at least four occasions

We have stayed at the Premier Hotel on numerous occasions but this time we were rather disappointed! The toilet seat was loose and certain plugs weren’t working, I had to boil the kettle on the bedside table and I was unable to dry my hair. We were disappointed!

This is my third stay here and it was as good as the first time. The friendly staff is the highlight. Nothing is too much to ask and everyone has such pride - it shows! The breakfast buffet is delicious. The shuttle to and from the airport is perfect and easy to catch. The perfect play for an overnight stay

Excellent staff very good dining choices the room was very good with very comfortable bed the tv remotes need replacing as they would not operate the tv properly. Would stay here again

The staff (except Room Service, Bellmen & Shuttle Drivers, who were great) ignores guests. They do not greet. I requested connecting rooms. Did not acknowledge my request at check in and when inquired advised I would need to downgrade one of my rooms. I said no to the downgrade and was assigned rooms 29 rooms apart. No consideration to rooms being at least close together. When I checked out there was no appreciation for my patronage and the Front Desk Agent simply said ok. No wishes for a pleasant day.

Excellent customer service, great amenities and extremely clean! Really enjoyed staying here and will book again in the future. Daily room service was awesome!! Only thing I’d add is a microwave in each room.

The property was exactly what was advertised amd much, much more. The food. The bed. The shuttle. The amenities. Most of all the people!!!! Adebayo Adeyanju was simply delightful. He was helpful, courteous, and informative. Most of all, he was a stellar professional. Thank you for making my holiday a wonderful time.

Good stay just stay in the gate of the hotel don’t recommend walking around outside of the hotel gate. Sketchy area but hotel is nice
