送迎:電話対応やタンボ空港からの送迎がスムーズでストレスなし。 レセプション:若いレセプショニストがわざと早口で聞き取りにくく、手渡しもカードを投げつける様に手渡された。 洗練されたホテルなのに個人の感情が仕事に現れており残念。 その他は星5でおすすめできます。

It’s near the airport and overall was an okay experience. Rooms are a little run down. Broken handles, leaking shower but nothing unsafe.

Booking promised sound proof room but after exhausting flight we hardly slept because of plane and traffic noise which came to room. Hotel neighborhood did not look friendly. One bright spot was paid for breakfast which was very nice.

There was noise at the property there was a political party gathering and the people were drinking and smoking in the rooms the whole night at the Premier Hotel and I couldn’t sleep

Airport shuttle was excellent. We left early so l cannot rate the food. Staff were excellent. Room was massive.

Excellent dinner and breakfast buffet. Very attentive staff. One room had a broken shower head.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms

The service in this hotel is 5star. From shuttle service to reception. Professionalism on point. I also like the spa here but you need to book in advance because they’re almost always fully booked. Their breakfast and bar, very convenient. It’s becoming our go to place to rest and rejuvenate after a long flight .

Some of the reception staff wasn’t very friendly but the restaurant and porter were welcoming. Hotel room shower had very little pressure making it very difficult to shower. The house keeping burnt my daughter’s pants sent for laundry. It was also a bit noisy at times. Overall it’s a decent hotel with an efficient shuttle to and from the airport.

Layover in Joburg en route to Zambia. I would love to return for a visit to South Africa and stay in this hotel!

Pre-paid for one night and when I check in, reception says, I’m trying to find you a room….uh excuse my finest pardon?

This hotel has a lot going for it. Close to OR Tambo, with a half hourly shuttle service means getting to and from the airport is effortless. Comfortable rooms - albeit not well equipped for a Jo’Burg winter. Friendly staff good food etc and not overpriced. Three things let this hotel down badly: 1. The lighting in the rooms is extremely poor 2. The hotel lifts are very inefficient and I have found myself having to wait unacceptable times for a lift 3. The fittings in the rooms are starting to show their age Other than that the hotel is very clean and comfortable and I have enjoyed the hospitality on at least four occasions

We have stayed at the Premier Hotel on numerous occasions but this time we were rather disappointed! The toilet seat was loose and certain plugs weren’t working, I had to boil the kettle on the bedside table and I was unable to dry my hair. We were disappointed!
