It is a horrid, dingy place described as "luxury". Dirty, smelly, rusty, cheap finishes. Unfriendly. I regreted the moment I walked in.

It was good but it but other people they were making noise. Next time they should put a dustbin.

It´s a normal Hotel. Not Good but not Bad. The most problem is about the internet. It doesn't work in the rooms. Just at the reception.Too bad

This isn't luxury. It's NASTY. Loved being woken up at 4.30am by prostitues yelling for their money. But both of them worked well, as they got the guy into the hallway and then locked themselves into his room until he paid. Butt naked in the hallway. Kudos ladies, kudos. The sheets had holes in them. Not luxury. Grit all over the floor. Not luxury. Mounds of dust and dirt in each corner. Not luxury. Towels were used as cheese cloths in a previous life. Not luxury. TV didn't work. Not luxury. Every bathroom fixture broken. Not luxury. Mirror cracked. Not luxury. Paint cracked and peeling on walls and cupboards. Not luxury. See where I'm going here? It's not luxury. They are playing fast and lose with the term luxury. Do yourself a favour. Don't stay here. Sleep in a gutter with rats as that will be a more pleasant experience of this nasty hole of a place.

My experience was good with staff but other guest who came on two different night were so noise and there were not stopped by management knowing they were other Guest wanting to rest. The hotel is not being looked after well. Its a great facility but not cared for properly

My stay was average, the place was nice and clean.

roomed smelled of smoke and everything was broken

It was terrible,the service was shocking and I had no hot water to shower.No one was at reception at 7am in the morning to book out.

Awful bed and not much in the bathroom for a comfortable wash.

Really did not enjoy my stay. Staff weren't helpful . Room was short of towels. Noisy and unclean.

Staff are unfriendly and everything is a hassle. They are short on towels. And blankets. There were condom box's and wrappers all over the room. There were a few people in the "secure" parking clearly ingesting substances and having reactions to them in the wildest display of convulsions. Some heavy set man woke me up at about 6 am. Staff scream at each other until late in the communal kitchen.. which is littered with cocroaches.
