Staff , are very attentive and accomodating

Enjoyed. Isolated, but safe. Good friendly staff. Food bit expensive. in my opinion slightly higher then expected, BUT, well served, tasty, Good Service. Friendly attentive staff.

The Staff is extraordinary! They accommodated all our needs and requests. We loved our stay. Breakfast was delicious. Staff continued to fill the buffet so no one was left without.

The hotel, although great size rooms, they were very dated and falling apart. The carpets were stained, missing a safe and outside furniture in part. Not really a 4 star experience.

Not enough towels in the room. Shower head was leaking. Lamp didn’t work. No plug for the kettle. Overall no attention to detail.

No water when I booked in, had to book out the second night. Hotel did not make any arrangements due to water cut. I was informed it would continue the week. No water for toilets or shower. I was informed to contact hotels.com for refund. Virtual assistant not able to assist. Did not receive any feedback. Waiting for refund

Not so good. Better care could be taken of the rooms - however poorly designed.

Reception staff are useless

There was no hot water in this room in the morning.

Good overall bad Internet

When I arrived, I was shocked to discover that the room I was checked into was dirty and the bed was not made up. This was unacceptable, as cleanliness is one of the most important factors for me when choosing a hotel

No hot water, noisy

Beautiful property with large rooms. Great value for money. My only negative is unreliable wi-fi in room.

The condition of the room was horrendous. The carpets were badly stained and in a terrible condition. The room did not look like it had been cleaned properly prior to my stay an example being fingerprints over anything that was glass. The bedding was also not in the best condition either and marked.

Initial impression was very nice as Hotel on beautiful grounds but the room was disgusting , Room was filthy , Bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to collapse , Cupboards were filthy and obviously had not been cleaned for ages , There was a half eaten tub of old ice cream in the bar fridge. TV did not work , 1 towel , Hotel needs some hands on management to sort out the tardiness and pay attention to detail and get management to get involved and act interested , the rooms need some TLC

Room wasnice however there were random faults in the room. One bedside lamp did not work and the other had a damaged lampshade. The plug by the fridge was literally hanging off the wall. Not safe with a toddler. Lastly we had no hot water the following morning at 08.30am when we went for a shower. Not enjoyable at all.

OK stay for three nights. Food varying from very good to tasteless. No gym and Spa not open take down the greade. Nice view form my window and very quite area is positive things

We left the property early due to safety concerns. Please be warned that safety is an issue at this property. Belongings from our safe disappeared and then were returned without adequate explanation. I would find other accommodation.

This was a mistake, 3 story building with no elevator. Who does that? No hot water for first 24 hrs.
