Perfect hotel for attending events at Sunbet Arena!

It was impossible to reach reception or management and I phoned repeatedly. The phone just rang or went dead. David the baggage porter was very friendly and helpful however. Lifts are shaky and scares the hell out of guests. Closet in room has broken door. For the price I paid I expected the hotel to be better maintained and managed.

Nice hotel, good location and a good vibe for the evening. Casino, theater, restaurants in de buurt. Room with all comfort and spacious. Views are amazing, the gym is very good and the pool looks amazing

Property breakfast absolutely shocking. Warm food was in the warmers for hours and tasted horrible. Hotel condition is needs desperate attention i.e. wallpaper in passageways and rooms peeling off.

Air-conditioning in both rooms was stuck on heating, 26'C, regardless what lower temperature you tried to adjust it to. Maintenance came to clean the filters but this ultimately did not work, they still reverted back to heat the rooms to an unbearable level. No alternate plans to be made since hotel was full. My in-laws literally left that same evening as the room temperature was unbearable, refund pending.

amazing hotel room just needed some maintenance water seeps through to the toilet side, the basin is blocked and plug points are not working the light bulb is also blown in the lamp on the desk thought of advising, not sure if you are aware of it.

We had an okay 1 night stay. The biggest downside was at the pool.. no towels and waiting 30m for towels.. when they arrive the staff member was on the phone having a big chat while us and other people were just standing wet in the cold so she could finish her phone call.. Room was clean, check in fast, and staff friendly.

Excellent location, right at concert hall and casino. The shower had no door and the basin was shallow. The bathroom and toilet paper was always wet when one used the shower or the basin. For the price charged, they really could go a little further. There were also no glasses in the room and very little coffee and sugar.

Access to the Sun Arena was excellent, and overall service at the hotel exceptional.

Lots of technical issues. Only 2 of the 4 elevators worked and in some cases none which forced people to use stairs. Also had a problem with my room lock that caused me to walk down and up the stairs twice.

Modern building TECHNOLOGY. Excellent conference centre. Professional staff. Clean city surroundings. Friendly wifi. Clean interior of building. Located in the Centre of Gauteng.
