事前に非接触型であることを、明記して欲しかった。入り方がわからず苦労した。

The towels were gross. Almost every single one was dirty. Should have been retired a long time ago. Bedsheet was dirty. Wallpaper was ripped. Room size and photos on the profile was deceiving. They asked tenants to take out the trash upon checkout but didn’t provide the proper garbage bags approved by their government. The garbage station staff would not take it and asked us to go buy the bags at the convenient store in the building. Host was not responsive. With the same amount of money or even less, you can stay in a real hotel right beside Myeongdong with housekeeping everyday.

Good size studio, with washing machine! Clean, comfy bed.

Clean room, well organised stock room with laundry detergent and bathroom amenities. Nice terrace. The only minus was that towels didn’t seem so fresh. Everything else was great. Thanks

A comfortable stay. Was surprised how soundproofed the unit was. Didn’t hear neighbors at all. Being on the 14th floor, we also heard no street noise. Having the washer was great for a mid-trip refresh of our clothes. A little tight for two people to move around at the same time but we made it work. Cafe on the basement floor offered a variety of breakfast foods. Having a C-store on the first level was great too. Located between two subway lines, each about a 6 min walk away. But mostly we walked. Myeongdong is about a ~12-min walk; Dongdaemun is ~20 mins. We also walked to the top of Namsan mountain, which took a little over an hour. Staff very responsive via messaging platform and phone. No housekeeping unless requested (fee applies) so one recommendation is adding a sweeper/broom or portable vac in the unit.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Ottima la posizione , 2 ingressi per la metro a 100 metri dalla struttura per raggiungere tutti i quartieri di Seoul. Alle spalle c è anche la fermata del bus navetta per l aeroporto. Ottimo l ufficio per il cambio all incrocio uscendo dall albergo ,sulla destra. Tanti i ristoranti , caffè, negozi e locali tipici dove gustare le specialità coreane(uno starbucks a 50 m.). Il personale è cordiale e sempre disponibile. Anche se fuori orario, sulla chat rispondevano immediatamente per risolvere i nostri dubbi e consigliarci . Le stanze sono mini appartamenti con cucina e lavatrice. I metri quadrati delle stanze superano lo standar asiatico . Al piano terra c è un supermercato aperto 24h. Il check-in e il check up sono stati velocissimi, addirittura abbiamo detto che il giorno successivo saremmo andati via e ci hanno risposto che potevamo andare via chiudendo la porta alle nostre spalle. La pulizia e il cambio ascuigamani è a carico degli ospiti, ma si può pagare un piccolo extra , però in vacanza stando sempre fuori, la camera era sempre pulita. . Per gli asciugamani c è la lavatrice per lavare quelli in dotazione. Sono molto attenti alla differenziazione dei rifiuti, con sacchetti di diverso colore. Sicuramente se torneremo a Seoul lo sceglieremo .

Shower was with mold. Did not get a proper sleep because of the upstairs neighbours kept running during night. Been to Korea many times and never experienced that. The terrace was not cozy.

Nice quiet property, walkable to some of the attractions.need to be better clear communication on certain things like had to pay for room cleaning and directions to the property.

It was a great place to rest! So many places to visit within walking distance! Also, there is a washer and a drying rack where you can clean your clothing! As well as a mini kitchen if you want to stay in for the night. Absolutely loved it here!!!

Very well equipped room. Breakfast options were not up to par.

A great place for the people who needs a kitchenette with a decent location to the city center. It’s like a studio apartment. Enjoyed the stay and plan to be back. Thank you, comocasa.
