The fact that it’s in the middle of nowhere, and it’s almost impossible to get a taxi from there to anywhere close by. I stayed almost two hours trying to get a taxi and don’t be fool by them telling you the Exchange Taxi service works there, cus it doesn’t. Hotel is also old, and smells like it looks. Don’t even try to cancel early, they wouldn’t let you. I got there and realized I was further from Humphreys and asked them to charge me for a day, and refund the unused days they didn’t agree.

Hard to get taxi but that could’ve been due to weather conditions, area was inconvenient everything you needed was 10mins or more away

Nothing special, had good parking the room was decent, it was close to where I needed to be and the room was spacious. Ok if you just need a place to sleep for a night

Nice hotel room, nice owners. I would stay again. Close to the base. It was great overall on!

Hotel did not meet my standards. It was a musty hotel, night stand was dusty, blanket had a hole, water leak damage in the ceiling, toilet seat was cracked, brown streak in the toilet, bed was hard, and the window shade did not cover the morning light which caused me to walk up early. After one night, I wanted to cancel the rest of my stay. The owner did not allow me to cancel my other nights so I ended up leaving and paying double for hotel stay. Disappointing experience.

Great experience just wish it was closer to a store

I never got to stay there due to a change in my location. When trying to get a refund, nobody was able to help me.

Service lacking, room clean at check in, never seen cleaning personal, the hotel is located well away from anywhere, if you like quiet, you’ll love location. Need a vehicle. Rooms don’t have room keys, had to leave room unlocked while out. Facility has camera’s, but need someone to monitor them. Front desk hit or miss if someone was going to be there, did have phone number on counter.

Accidentally booked the hotel for the staying date and realized a couple hours later the mix up. Hotel refused to change the date and for whatever reason expedia is the only site that apparently has this room as non refundable. I checked hotels. Com and they have it cheaper AND refundable.

Simply a cozy and comfortable place! Highly recommended! This is easily a 4 stat Hotel. Nice staff and an English speaking reception personnel Loved my stay

It was ok. The room was great but it was little farther away from town center than what i liked

My stay was amazing! My boyfriend flew down here for four days and we enjoyed every day we stayed at this hotel. We asked if there was another room to stay in that had what we wanted (a tub) and they changed us instantly without thinking twice or making it sound like a hassle. I recommend!

Cool remote that controls everything in the room. Friendly Staff. Great automatic espresso machine on every floor. Parking is awkward, but adequate.

출장으로 1박하였습니다. 송탄 시내에서 택시로 10분정도의 거리입니다. 주변에는 편의점을 포함하여 아무것도 없는 점이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 건물은 새 건물로 보였고, 신축이라서 깔끔합니다. 다만 바닥에 머리카락을 확인이 될 만큼 청소 상태가 좋지는 않았습니다. 복도에 마련된 커피의 경우 물이 없어서 마시지 못하였습니다. 출장으로 하룻밤을 보내기에 가격대비 만족하지는 못했습니다. 그리고 무인호텔도 같이 운영이 되는것 같아서 가족여행으로는 별로일 것으로 생각이 됩니다.

Had to travel for work, the staff assisted with any issues we had. Extremely friendly, clean, and reached my high expectations.

No kitchen, or restaurants so need to eat outside of hotel. The hotel is not really located near any dining establishments, so a taxi is required. Room is quiet and people are very nice. The lack of amenities and distance from downtown make it a little inconvenient.
