日本語下 Good: Deluxe room is spacious. Distance to Maeil Olle market is 15min by walk. Bad: The towel that is provided in my room was not clean with someone's hair. Bathrobe was very very old. The receptionist can't understand English even "convince store". But she tried to help me, so it's okay. 良かった点:デラックスルームは広かった。市場まで歩いて15分。途中の道にもお店がたくさんあったので、寄り道しながらで遠いとは感じませんでした。 悪い点:タオルに髪の毛が付いていました。バスローブはびっくりするほどボロボロ。受付の人は英語が全くわからず、周辺の観光情報など聞けませんでしたが、韓国語でなんとか伝えようとしてくれたので良しとします…。

従業員の方は人により、対応がすごくよい方と普通の方がいます。ホテル自体はおしゃれで、1階のカフェは素敵です。周辺の家などは寂れた感じのところが多く、夜にあまり歩きたくなかったのでタクシーを使いました。シャワールームは排水の臭いがしたのが気になりました。部屋は広いのでゆっくりできます！

Fantastic location if you want a quiet spot and you are into the hikes and trails around! 5 minutes to some small hikes and both of the waterfalls. It is 20 mins taxi to Seongpanak trail in Hallassan mountain. There is a bike shop just 2 mins walk from the hotel (Jeju ebike) and you can start the Jeju Fantasy trail nearby and complete a segment. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!

Nice staff, spacious room however a little worn out and needs to be brushed up. Bed and linen are ok but has this plastic touch you often find in hotels. Refrigerator, and a small desk is useful but nowhere to put your suitcase except for the floor. Breakfast in light but fresh. Coffee ok. Washing facilities on ground floor. Handy parking lot.

The location is good. It's very closed to the water fall, and seaside, only 3 minutes walk. and 15 minutes walk to the shopping area.

전체적으로 매우만족합니다. 가격, 서비스, 룸상태 모두 만족합니다. 새섬과 가까워서 산책하기에 아주 좋아요~~^^

주변환경도 조용하고, 아침산책도 좋았고, 무엇보다 사장님도 친절하셔서 빠른 체크인 할 수 있었습니다. 골프와 산행을 병행하였는데 아침에 간단하게 조식을 해결할 수 있어 무엇보다 좋았습니다. 감사합니다.

Fint hotel med god placering. Værelset var pænt og rent. En finger at sætte, vil være på badeværelset. Her manglede der et forhæng eller andet, for der var vand over det hele efter badet.

Hotel stay was cheap, location was decent, room was large, and there was parking. The bathroom tile was covered in black mold, so the girl at the front desk told us we could change rooms the next day, but made no mention of how to do so. She saw me the next day and said because we didn't check out of our room at 11 am that we couldn't move rooms, so we ended up staying another night in the same room. Next day, she says we can change our room, but we need to pack up all of our things by 11 am and can leave our bags at the front reception, but we won't be able to check in to a new room until 3 pm. We rushed our morning to come back to pack up, but then I noticed a sign that said the front desk was unattended until 3 pm, so I didn't feel comfortable just leaving our bags unattended. We lugged our stuff around in our car rental until we got back at 4 pm to check in. She was there and quickly gave me a new room key. We should have just stayed in the original room. The new room's bathroom was more disgusting than the original room. The tile was falling off the wall and there was mold. We decided it wasn't worth saying anything again because it was our last night. The next morning around 10:15 am, we were finishing packing up and getting dressed. We said we weren't ready, but the cleaning lady flung the door open. I was standing in my bra, and she didn't just close the door. She moved it to a crack open and kept taking to us. I couldn't believe what was happening.

The hotel was a very good price Great location and very comfortable The hotel did need some maintenance and updating. It is a bit shabby. The room was not completely clean. However it is very cheap!

천지연 폭포근처 숙소로 주변 산책하기 좋음, 현대적이지는 않지만 편안하고 안락한 기분입니다

주변도 좋고 모두 만족해 했어요.

가성비가 좋은 호텔입니다. 주변에 서귀포 부두와 폭포가 있어 산책을 즐기기에도 좋았습니다.

3.5성급이라는게 이해가 안 됨. 그냥 모텔수준임. 모텔도 이 호텔보다 대부분 좋을 것이라 판단됨. 이불이 너무 심하게 뭉쳐 있어서 얘기 했더니 솜이 좋아서 그렇다고 함. 너무 별로여서 조식 예약 했다가 안하고 그냥 나갔음. 주변 여건도 별로인데 내부 시설이라도 좋아야 하는데 죄송하지만 전체적으로 너무 별로였음.

The hotel is excellent. Parking lot, location and service is very good. Advice to visit it.

관광지 물가 생각하면 가격이 괜찮은 편인데 주변 다른 모텔이나 호텔보다 외관만 봐도 좋아요 1층에 카페까지 해서 그런가 시설에 신경을 많이 쓴 것 같아용ㅍ안까지 비교할 순 없지만.. 룸 컨디션 깔끔하고 좋네요 추천받아서 간덴데 위치도 올레시장이나 이중섭거리랑 도보 십분정도에요 오르막길이라 좀 힘들었지만.. 조식은 사진보니 가성비 별로인거 같아서 신청 안했어요 어짜피 전날 시장에서 사다놨던거 먹어도 되고 아침일찍 시장이 여니까요! 주변방에 사람이 없었는진 모르겠는데 조용하고 좋았어요 아 테이블크기는 좀 아쉽네요ㅠㅠ

남들이 가성비 최고라길래 그런가보다했지요. 그래도 오래됐다그래서 내심불안했는대, 도착해서보니 이건...정말 대~~~박! 이가격에 이런곳이면 정말 거저인거죠. 너무좋은곳 저렴하개 잘 썼습니다. 이가격에 조식까지.. 고민하시는분들.. 그냥 무조건 하게요~~~

방도 넓고 좋았습니다.

저는 가보지 않아서 잘 모르겠지만 부모님이 매우 만족하셨습니다. 2박 3일동안 청결적인 것도 좋았고 청소직원들 팁도 놔두셨다는데 그냥 팁이라고 생각 안하셨는지 그대로 두셨다고..ㅎㅎ 여러가지로 아주 좋은 추억중 숙소도 남의셨다고 해요. 감사합니다
