設備は古いがスタッフの対応は良かった。

建物は古いですが、設備はまあまあです。チェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズでした。

連泊しましたが2泊目で掃除されてませんでした。夜遅かったのでタオルだけ貰いました。別の日は、タオルが2枚ともほつれて穴が開いてました。その他は概ね良。

設備は新しくて良かった LG Stylerは、分からないなりに使えました。 朝食は、poorで連日だと辛い

깨끗함

객실이 넓고 청결했습니다. 침구류가 깨끗하고 냄새도 없어 쾌적하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 욕실도 청결하게 관리되어 있었고, 어메니티(샴푸, 바디워시 등)도 충분히 제공되었습니다. 직원분들이 매우 친절하게 응대해주셨습니다. 체크인/체크아웃도 신속하게 진행되어 만족스러웠습니다. 에어컨 소음이 조금 있었던 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 그 외에는 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 가성비가 좋고 위치, 청결, 서비스 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에도 재방문 의사 있습니다.

this is the best hotel in Osan i have found that is clean, comfortable and near the train station . It is no frills ,no breakfast exercise room etc but is good for a business trip

The property was good, the room was spacious and offered everything (dryer, straightener, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc) but the towels, sheets and ceilling was dirty and stains which was disappointing. But overall i would recommend, great location and safe

시내와 가까워서 정말 좋았습니다.

The room smelled like tobacco smoke, scuff marks left in the bathroom, tiles barely hanging onto the bathroom wall. I was there for work and stayed for 1 week. I’d like to avoid going there if I find a better choice. The staff is nice and friendly though.

Good location for me. Late in and late out was helpful. One key per room was inconvenient. No breakfast to speak of. Located on the edge of nice part of town. Not much English speaking anywhere. Towels need to be thrown away

가성비 대비 최고입니다. 청결하고 방안에 스타일러도 있고 너무 만족스러운 숙박이였습니다.

Very uncomfortable bed, room was dirty, there was a half empty bottle of bug spray on the vanity counter.

very good hotel for a short stay, the area has nothing to offer for shopping or restaurants, the rooms are well equipped with amenities, the mattress a bit hard but ok. only knock is it would be really helpful to have breakfast in the morning which i guess they stopped since the pandemic. There as few choices for breakfast in the area for many blocks.

Stayed here in Aug 2021. The room was clean, large and comfortable with a great A/C system. The tub was large and perfect for soaking. The room included a charger with cables for USB-C, iphone and micro-usb. This was helpful since I didn't have a Korea-US outlet converter and couldn't use my own chargers. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and this hotel is about an 8 min walk from the OSAN train station. The only problem for me as an American, was the very hard, traditional Korean, mattress. I guess when you grow up on these mattresses, you get used to it, but to me, it felt about as comfortable as sleeping on a carpeted floor. Overall, I loved my experience here, but ugh, that hard mattress!

The service was really great. They were very kind and friendly. Valet parking had our car ready for us when we came downstairs. However the bed was rock hard and the pillows felt like balloons. Our bed had lots of hair in it before we even sat down so that was kinda gross. However the bathroom was well cleaned and the rest of the room was nice. Came with lots of supplies and free drinks. The rooms where very quiet but you can hear a lot of traffic from outside. But that is life in a city.
