Excelente ubicación y trato del personal. Alojamiento ideal para una escapada al puerto de la Cruz, es una opción muy interesante si buscas algo económico con unos mínimos de comodidad y limpieza.

Avoid at all costs. I’ve been here eight days and I haven’t slept One night peacefully with screaming kids staying in the rooms constantly and the hotel staff doing absolutely nothing about it running around banging on doors shouting at all hours of the day. Not to mention the Wi-Fi doesn’t work whatsoever. Very tired and run down. They clearly have zero Respect for their guests

All was ok, but water in the pool could be warmer. Nobody could seem in it because water was impossible cold.

Las fotos en la página de inicio son puro ‘Windowpolishing‘ y están fuera de pro-porción con la realidad. El hotel, las habitaciones, la fachada/toldo no han sido renovados desde hace 20 años. ¡¿Los arreglos temporales parecen mantener la casa unida?! El bar y la cafetería son una broma, ¿dónde están? El poco personal es muy amable y servicial. La ubicación es muy buena: el paseo marítimo, el puerto y los restaurantes se pueden llegar a pie en pocos minutos

Great affordable way to stay in PDLC. Free parking on 7 min walk!

Room was tidy. Mattresses are firm. No car parking on site, but only a 5 min walk to a car park. Staff were friendly. Wifi didn’t work at all for 9 nights. When showering, make sure the front power switch is on or the water won’t heat up. The location is perfect. Township right at your door.

Conoscevo già questo hotel e ero rimasta mediamente soddisfatta, valutando il rapporto qualità prezzo.Questa volta però mi è stata assegnata una stanza singola molto sacrificata (la n. 106) in quanto affacciata su un cavedio che sarà stato di 2 metri x 2. L'impressione era quindi di un ambiente soffocante. È vero che la tariffa era molto bassa, per cui non mi aspettavo certo una suite, però dovrebbe essere specificato il tipo di affaccio, che non può essere classificato come cortile o cortile interno. Anche il bagno richiede un restauro in particolare la vasca sembra antidiluviana. La pulizia generale però mi è sembrata buona.

It's been a decent days at 4Dreams Hotel, only the bed and wasn't comfortable at all. Feels sometimes sleeping on the floor. Also the main picture about the hotel is not the same what actually the hotel is, Apart from that, i really like that, highly recommend it.

Eigentlich gutes Hotel zum günstigen Preis und super gelegen, aber Zimmer sehr sehr laut , man kann die Nachbarn bis spät Nachts hören und oft Zigarettenrauch der anderen Gäste , der ins Zimmer rüber zieht. Geht leider garnicht. 🙈 Zimmer war ohne Fenster ins Freie, sondern war in einem Schacht.

The hotel rooms are really old. No air conditioning. It was really hot. But the area it’s great and it was really clean. The staff were nice as well.

A last minute booking, the staff were excellent, the hotel was clean, breakfast great, it did everything we required, in a great location, for eating out,

Le personnel est super agréable mais malheureusement l’hôtel ne mérite pas autant d’étoiles… Je préfère vous le dire, la piscine m’a fait beaucoup rire pour sa taille😂

Habitación muy muy calurosa, mosquitos, colchón muy incómodo, bañera-ducha incómoda, me dejaban sin toallas, tuve que dormir con la puerta abierta porque el aire acondicionado del pasillo refrescaba la habitación.

Hôtel modeste mais fonctionnel et bien situé Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre mais cela convenait pour une nuit La piscine sur le toit est un véritable plus

Perfect location and clean hotel. It needs updating but it is clean and the staff is so helpful. The worst part for me was the breakfast choices. Ended up having a simple breakfast with coffee and muffins. Other things offered were not for me.
